You sure that's enough? I think only a perma ban would suffice. I think their ships should be locked for the duration of the match so that it doesn't provide any benefit to leave the match but doesn't annoy the crap out of people who had to leave unexpectedly.

Idk, actually (regarding cruisers) tiers 9,10 are more balanced because they lack those few strong premiums that "dominate" nearly every other tier (exceptions are 2 and 1).

Firstly of course would that increase the pressure on lower tiers. Secondly when it comes to the Hipper/MK/Atago comparison we have to take into consideration the type of dmg they are dealing. But oh - we can't do that, we don't have the data. We know too little. I think OP's proposal is more reasonable.

Atago has about the same WR as the MK which is considered p2w by some.

Maybe she deals more AP dmg...you know that fire dmg can be healed back? BTW I did the math and it's below 19% including Atago and MK, and below 13% excluding those.

The only t8 cruisers that look exceptional are MK and Atago. Everything else sits between 49-51% WR.

Some ship has to be the "worst". It's not like her WR was far off. Prinz Eugen sits right in the middle btw...

Buffing her rof wouldn't make her OP in her own tier bracket, no..still, she's no painful grind - a bit boring but not painful

I thought she was fine (and that was before the latest buffs) I'm against power creep...not every ship has to be top notch. She's way tankier than CM, isn't she?
