I would hazard a guess that with the weather being good and it is for most the summer holidays now, a lot of people are doing other things with themselves and their friends instead of playing WoWS

Just gonna say that torpedoes could be set to a proximity fuze that would explode when it got close to something like another ship however this simply sounds like a case of either lag or a slightly dodgy hitbox

Have you been playing PVE or PVP? You can only get them in PVP iirc

This If you've got an appropriate GPU (Nvidia 600 series or newer) you can also make use of their own recording software, Shadowplay which I personally think is the best piece of software out there for recording
