Either work fine, I just prefer to move files across rather than delete and rename. It really makes no difference

It should do, just move everything from the 0.4.0.4 folder 0.4.0.5, paths.xml should have changed for 0.4.0.5 automatically

It won't happen because it also discourages people from simply rushing in to get killed if they don't like something about the game they are in e.g. the matchmaking or whatever

You can ask myself or someone else who makes mods to disable the camo for you, I did the same thing for my Atago skins, it's really not too difficult to turn off the camouflage -

You do not need free XP for anything. You can unlock things purely by using the xp you get on each ship

Can you provide a screenshot? It sounds like you still have a module you need to research and you don't have enough XP on the ship for the module and next ship so you have to use some free xp. You don't have to use any free xp at all if you don't want to

You buy a camouflage and get it for one game, after that game you buy it again if you want to, it will not auto resupply unless you select the option. A camouflage lasts for one game only

It's the summer, people are out of school, off work and spending more time out of their homes with friends and family on holiday etc. Is a drop in the number of people online really that surprising?

It was never originally going to be available at all, the original plan was to add it for CBT testing and then remove it at the start of OBT but the positive reaction for the ship persuaded the devs to change some plans. I'm sorry you couldn't get her but there's not much you can do about it now I'm afraid

Not necessarily true, players from CBT only got back the Premium ships that were bought as part of the pre-order packs i.e. USS Sims, HIJMS Yubari and the Gremyashchy, other premiums such as the Warspite were removed and the gold refunded. No, nothing will be wiped -

No, the patch notes say very clearly that although some (4) German ships have been added to the game, they are not available to play yet. Main changes: German ships (Tirpitz, Bismark, Dresden, Hermelin) have been added into the game client for testing purposes. You may see them in the battle, but they are not available for research or purchase. -
