That is why it continues to build up XP, why would you want to stop gaining XP on any vessel? You can't stop earning XP on a ship until you stop playing it completely.

Once a ship reaches Elite status you can use Doubloons to convert XP from that ship to Free XP

You never had to endure it ingame. It's better this way, believe me.

It was the Tier VI, the main problem WG has with releasing a Premium CVV is that anybody can buy a Premium Ship. If a person buys the Saipan who has never played a CV before, they will probably do badly, blame it on the ship and be upset with WG, at the same time this would also annoy that person's teammates.

At some point in the future it will come back to the Premium shop, nobody knows when, possibly with the release of the German BB line later in the year (August-ish).

All you have to do is comment out the first line like I did in the image and it will disable the entire camouflages.xml, there will be no leftover camouflage or anything.

These AA guns on the top of the turrets do not work, it is an issue with the Big World Game Engine that WoWS uses.

The only US Premiums between those tiers ingame at the moment are the Marblehead and Arkansas Beta. You certainly won't be able to get the Arkansas and the Marblehead is very rarely offered, it's never been on the store. To answer your original question, no there isn't

Which is exactly why the Furutaka doesn't get the double turrets, it'd be as near as makes no difference an Aoba at tier V.

It's been removed from the game.
