Yes. It's the Oleg's 1905 paint scheme, she was the Bogatyr's sister ship

Update 31/03/16: Updated all mods for update 0.5.4.1 Flags mod has been updated and now applies the correct ensign to the correct ships i.e. the Emden now flies the Kaiserliche Marine Ensign and the Gremyashchy now flies her Guards Ensign

Should have one coming later today, working on updating the flags mod first

Skins do not have an impact on the camouflages ingame. The skins for Premium Ships that I have uploaded come with a modified camouflages.xml file that hides the visual effect of the camouflage so you can see the skin however the camouflages still work, you just can't see it on the ship.

When you go to sell a ship with upgrades there is a dropdown that sells the upgrade for 50% of the purchase price.

The Fusō is tier VI for a start, not VII.

The file supplied with the Premium ships should disable all camouflages in the game so if you're using the Atago and Kamikaze skins you should already have the file that hides camouflages. Also thankyou!

I don't remember seeing that, all I have is Ph3lan saying that it's been removed from the game which sounds pretty final to me.

The Kitakami has been removed from the game. All those who won one were compensated by another Tier VIII Premium, the model and stuff is still there but I doubt it'll be available again

Or USSRS, I'd personally pick HIJMS and KMS for Japan and Germany rather than IJN and KM

I don't know what you mean, I'm not doing any Bismarck skins until the Bismarck is available, as for the Yamato there isn't much I can do for her in terms of skins
