It's a hypothetical refit if she were given modernised engines like what happened with the Queen Elizabeth-class Battleships after WWI. Same thing is happening to me that was reported here, 4 times in a row this happened in one game just now, each time I restarted the client in both normal and safe mode and the bug still occurred.

I don't know where he is however I do try and keep my mods updated as soon as the new update comes out. As a forewarning I am on holiday at the moment so it may take a little while to get flags updated for 0.6.9.0 however I'll try and get it done at the first opportunity

Also that, very much so. Having Rodney as a Free XP Premium would be a much better solution in every way imaginable for both the players and Wargaming.

I would have no problem with Wargaming doing that, but just going off the fact that WG has made a habit of releasing the name ship of the class in the tech tree reduces the chance of Rodney being used as a tech tree ship.

As @Trainspite said, I don't really understand why Rodney can't be the Premium/Free XP ship. I see no harm in keeping Nelson back as a potential candidate for another line in the future, as it currently stands it seems to me like you guys are just going to shoot yourselves in the foot with this decision by limiting future options.

It'd be nice to have Captain Stephen Beattie VC as a captain for Campbeltown

No, Wargaming has already stated that is not going to happen for reasons that are perfectly obvious, not including the fact that Kamikaze attacks were launched from land bases, not aircraft carriers.
