Update 27/07/23 - The End: So, that's the end of the forums and this thread. I've been keeping this going for a pretty long time now and from something that started very early in this game's life cycle I'm quite amazed that somehow across the EU and NA forums my threads have managed to get a combined total of just over 700,000 views (not factoring in an extra, I don't exactly remember how many now but it was a decent amount, 100,00 plus I believe, views from my original thread here). I'd just like to say a sincere thank you to all of you who supported my work and I hope my skins were able to improve your game experience and I'm sorry that I didn't keep up the pace of delivering new skins over the past, well quite a while actually, that's definitely on me there I'm afraid. I intend to keep these updated still and I may work on some new stuff in the future, there are some ships I do want to make skins for so it's entirely possible there will be new content. I am available on the Discord server and am looking at bringing the thread over to there in the mods section somehow and the subreddit I made a good while ago will remain available with all the content from this thread there too. Well I can tell you from my point of view that, knowing how Discord and its "forums" works, I'm not sure I have any intentions of trying to recreate my thread on that platform because it's simply not possible for me to do it in an even remotely similar manner to how I have it structured here and on Reddit. Discord has its merits and uses but binning off the existing forums is complete madness and trying to recreate some semblance of them on a Discord server is an exercise in futility.

It's been quite a ride, I've no idea how many are still around from when I first started posting here back in Alpha, not many I expect. My threads didn't have a bad run which is of some satisfaction to me, over 700,000 combined views across EU and NA (with 100,000 or so from my now deleted original EU thread too, I don't quite recall now) isn't too shabby for a litttle side hobby. Have a good one gents, it's been a pleasure.

Precisely this. There is absolutely no way I can see that Discord is a suitable platform for hosting something like the mods section of the forum and the numerous threads contained there. It's simply not possible to format it in the same manner as is done on the forums and I expect for most mod makers, they won't be that interested in bothering with the hassle of transferring everything to there and fighting with Discord's limitations to try and get some coherent formatting done in a way that resembles the threads they had before. Absolutely terrible move to do away with the forums.

Arkansas is excellent, her only real downside compared to her peers is having no AA at all but since that won't really make much of a difference in a tier IV BB anyway unless you're in Orion it's not much of a dealbreaker when you have access to all six upgrade slots. I'd put in a ticket to try and get her restored for some of your silver if I were you.
