So now 37.5 sec action time and 96.05 sec dissipation time should be a total of 133.55 sec, with a reload time of 144 sec.. (edit: I'm not fan of constantly sitting in the smoke, but as it's really the only defence against carriers..) That means the little minotaur can sit and touch himself inappropriately in some smokecloud with a 11 sec window of shocking visibility, while the AA is hammering rerentlessly. As as we all know, it's no skill required to either attack or defend against airplanes, it leaves a lot of time for touching.

I prefer ships that can cause as much suffering to the CVs as possible. I even removed the +12% RoF module just to install the AA module on minotaur last 7 days: It's such a joy to see close to 1000 dmg pr tick, watch the planes burn, then report the CV. If I'm in a good mood, I'll take a 14 days chatban and mention something what I think about CVs! The fact that most BBs now sit at 20km even makes it viable to push caps almost constantly, as most radar cruisers get screwed if they get close to the caps..

the words "change" and "improve" does not mean the same :D They just require things to change to stay interesting for some people. Improvement takes more effort.

Seems to be less CVs and less Deadeye retard meta. Its generally more enjoyable as long as these two conditions are met.

I'd just like to share an experience with how amazing CVs are. Being bottom tier, I just went straight up to center cap. Killed the other tier 6 DD and capped it. Chased off a BB with some supportfire from each side. So now I was free to go north and spot... and as there as no other ships nearby, lets just go for the CV! My error was, not holding torpedoes for a clear shot, so I "only" scored 4 torpedo hits. Then ended up sailing parrallell to him, trying to find a citadel for AP shells. End result, his secondaries outgunned me and I died. For clarification: he kept going after me with torpedo planes. Didn't exactly hit. Edit: it felt fair and balanced to be eaten by secondaries at point blank. Good times.
