Is there already an alternative up, like an "un-official" WoWs forum? And please, don't say Reddit, as it's not a forum but rather a big unstructured mess as well...

I will not use a third-party platform with yet another account for something that is already up and running just fine (this forum). Not to mention that Discord looks to be a hot mess anyway...

Again, since nobody could answer: why do the Dutch cruisers get nothing to fight submarines with?

So, with the submarines getting released now, will the Dutch cruisers finally get some means to fight submarines with? Even CVs are getting AUTO-AIMED depth charges, but what about the Dutch cruisers...? What player feedback was it based on that Dutch cruisers are fun to play when a submarine can harass you all game while you literally cannot do anything about it?

Does that mean the Dutch cruisers finally get ASW capabilites as well?

I think it's impressive that despite all the justifiable disappointment and frustration in the community, Wargaming still manages to make things worse and worse over the years... And keeps doing so, quite rapidly! Most "normal" companies would try to iox their game, improve their communication to a somewhat acceptable degree etc., but Wargaming does the opposite. Impressive!

What a silly change. So this will mean even more DDs hiding in the backline spamming torpedoes... Definetely not a change that makes me want to play the game again (on a break since the skill overhaul bs in March).

Well, they already alienated a lot of the "old guard", many of them taking longer or indefinite breaks in the wake of the CV or the skills rework... So maybe that's why they think they can get away with another stupid decision?
