All i can think off that might work is maybe asking that arthur guy who is the global publishing producer but i dont know what his alias is and on what forums he is active. But i doubt he would do anything for EU by going against the decision of the EU guys.

Failure to communicate clearly implies that there actually is communication taking place. NA and RU have that but i rarely see that happening here.

I doubt they would do that considering they would then have a T3 albert on NA and a tier 4 everywhere else.

T8 Kutuzov Bismarck Fubuki maybe Mogami and Atago but the kutuzov brings the heat at longer ranges anyway plus has better AA T6 Bayern but i expect to be placed into tier 8 league from the start.
