Separation of Exterior Visuals and Economic Bonuses REALLY?? .. So it's not to get peoples to spend a load of dubloons then?

Just had the same problem on my New York battleship, no battery turning and no zoom into any target .. also my cursor would show the green gun loaded cursor wherever I moved the mouse .. left click fired the guns but only where the batteries were pointing, this has only happened once so far .. I will report back if it happens again
