Which T10 ships are underpowered?
principat121 replied to geschlittert's topic in General Discussion
Damage-wise the Z-52 would need a huge buff, considering that it is german ship. Even adding 10% flat to her damage would leave her on the last place though. -

Erhöhung der Credits zwecks Anpassung
principat121 replied to MrHHRS's topic in Allgemeine Diskussionen

principat121 replied to Navinor's topic in Allgemeine Diskussionen
Einfach Sache: Lässt sich mit der Überarbeitung der japanischen Kreuzer Geld verdienen? Wenn ja, dann wird WG was machen. Wenn nein, dann bleiben die Schiffe wie sie sind. -
Quite contrary. There are way too many too good ST. For a better display of the game population the ST-programme needs more average and sub-average players. Esp. when it comes to testing new mechanics in early stages far before any "normal" player get any info about them at all. Again quite contrary. Wargaming tighten and professionalised the ST-programme alot in the last year. Inactive ST who doesn't fulfill the requirements are very fast expelled. The ST-programme isn't about testing new ships on the live server. Maybe this little secret will help: Test ships on the live server is just a kind of reward for doing your actually ST-work. And just because there are a handful of "foul fruits" doesn't spoil the whole basket of Supertesters... edit: If you have no further arguements other then downvoting, I would recommend to apply as ST and get first hand experience for yourself. Should I recommend you?
-
What would be the value for testing? There is non in this idea.
-
Couldn't be further from the truth. Most ST have blue and purple PR ratings. And perfoming average or bad in a test ship does not mean that this is a bad player. Most people will never understand that testing is not the same as just playing (as good as you can). Testing means to try different builds, different tactics regardless whether they seems logical or recommendable or not. Playing test ships on the live server is the least point of being a ST. Just because the normal playerbase can only observe ST-work there, does not mean that there isn't a lot of other work too. And I would love to see the massive whine threads about how difficult testing new ships is, because everybody from the enemy team will focus you down. You are capping A? Right, expect to be shot from three BB at D despite them having your team mates broadsside in front of them. This seems sad, but true.

Ein Teaser für die Russischen Träger?

Kommt die München auf Tier6 kann ich das nicht mehr in Narai machen. Und das würde mir schon fehlen. #StayAtTier7
-
Name three players who are doing this. Doing all three things.
-
Wait for NARAI, it is the only operation left that is somehow funny and rewarding. And it is the only operation you can carry as a single player, if you know the mechanics well and pick the right ship. Second to this comes Aegis, where a good player also can carry alot. And Aegis can be played comfortably with all four ships classes.
-
A wargaming-stylish solution to make operations more popular would be to sell special premium ships only for operations.
-
Keep in mind: The testers does not decide about any changes! Even if every single Supertester say that a ship is underperforming, WG can still nerf this ship, because of reasons. You mix up testing and balancing decisions here. You cannot blame testers for UP or OP ships. The testing provides just the data base for the balans department. But what they actually do depents on many more factors than just testing results.
-
There is nothing to communicate with the public about testing! Period. No company will do that. Wargaming can and will test stuff internally without ever informing everyone outside their testers.
-
Normal Player who are part of the ST-programme. Passing the WG-qualifications for STs. See into the recent thread. Because the person(s) responsible for publishing ships said so. Publishing ships (i.e. closing the test stage) has nothing to do with the testing itself nor how the testing is conducted. When it is done, it is done. It was not part of the NDA to express their opinions regarding certain test ships. ST could in the past also share pics (with WiP-watermarks) of new ships. Nowadays ST cannot do that. And there is a huge difference between CCs and STs. While you know the difference, alot of people mix them together.
-
Internal testing at Wargamings HQ, followed by test sessions with Supertesters on dedicated servers, PTS with more players before publish date published ship First three instances can have multiple iterations. Any questions left?

Rejoice! WG is fixing the CA/CL population!
