What is the point of play JP CV vs US VS?

This is just not fair at all, after spread nerf(and also buffed US fighters??) IJN CVs suck so hard vs Muricans.. they are Overpowered like hell, nerf them not the IJN ones! Or is this somekind of rule you have to suck with IJN? So so dissapointing in mid tiers if the enemy CV have skills and he trolls you out of the ocean.. (and ofc cruisers and some US BSs have insane AA defence.)
