I don't really have much to say this time around, beyond the fact I'm slightly late because I fucked up my notes the first time around and had to start over. As always, if I made a typo or fucked up formatting or whatever, or anyone needs clarification, feel free to poke me and I'll fix it asap. <3 EDIT: Quemapeblos (NA CM) said no stealth nerf happened. I checked the data files like fifteen times because I really wanted to make sure this was a thing that happened and I'll confirm it with the EU client tomorrow morning, but if this legitimately did slip through the cracks, it'll get reverted. Even if this is just damage control, it'll probably get reverted. For now, I'm off to bed. Don't burn the place down without me. Source E2: I've seen murmurings of this but Arizona had the 2.0 sigma in the 0.5.7 live client. It's 1.8 in 0.5.8 live. E3: Confirmed on EU, too, there's no difference between the data files for NA and EU.

    for the tier 10 or nine? if for the tier 10 was H-41 to have triple gun turrets? 9 - top hull is what actual "improved H-class battleship" design is, the stock hull is "H-39" as it was laid down. T10 is "what if" upgrade of H-41 as nothing better was found. I don't know.

    Dans tout les cas c'est la pire saison que j'ai faite. Je n’aie pas aimé les modifs : - entre rank 10 et 5 ----> 5 étoile (+1) par rank - entre rank 5 et 1 ----> 6 étoile (+1) par rank - plus l'étoile bonus au changement de rank - tier 6/7 alors que j'avais préparé plein de tier 8 - personne pour les batailles tier 10 parce que non rentable en tous - problème de DD Le seul truc positif s'est de ne pas perdre étoile en top xp mais bon pratiquement que pour les spammeurs de cap.

    Je te conseille de faire les ranked entre 11h (pas grand monde avant) et 15h (trop de moule après) . A chaque fois que j'ai voulu faire des ranked après 15h - 16h s'était catastrophique .

The actual H-41 design from Bundesarchive was not even close to the T10 "standards" as it was nothing more than "slightly improved H-39". Even the "H-39" and "H-41" names are not how they were really named - they both were named as battleship "H" only. You would be surprised... while project 24 by itself is mostly secret even now, the mention of 510mm guns proposition has been seen in non-secret papers. Still, this is not what the game needs, so, don't worry. Oh, it is used too. The actual design I mean. If H-41 didn't meet the standards for tier 10, why not go to H42 and lower her guns from 18.9" to 18"? That is, if 18" is really the max. No actual designs for it was found in Bundesarchive. The H42+ "design" series was nothing more than "what if"(especially in case of 43 and 44) propositions it seems. No real drawings, no real guns data... The 42cm gun could be reconstructed(actual data was destroyed by bombs), but 48cm should be completely made up with turret and whole ship. This is all I know right now. I was very surprised.
