When I finally get into the battle screen about 60 - 70% of the time the screen is black. I can see the mini map and ship symbols but cannot see anything else. I can control my ship, fire everything but do not know what I could be firing at bar what I can guess at. I am assuming this is a grphics card issue but I do not understand why I can play the game normally at other times. Any help would be gratefully received. I love the game though am new at it but I think it is great! I would rather it a stupid thing like a setting I have messed around with but I have not messed with anything lol. Cheers and thanks.

This happens to me as well but it happens early on when joining the game. A good 80% of the time in the beginning but dropping in percentage wise the longer I am on. Very weird to be honest as I would expect a black screen all the time if the graphics card were that bad, Any suggestions? I am on a Toshiba laptop with Windows 7 so do not expect true gaming graphics but do expect to be able to play the game if I want to spend some money, Not everyone has the top of the range... (I wish I did! My wife would kill me though!!!!! hahaha)
