Is there a fixed timetable for TST server or is it ad hoc, unpredictable?

I try to play on TST. Lanucher says "Error COnnecting Server" and "Failed to connect to server". Is there a time specific issue for the server?

I signed up for test too. But.... can someone please point me in direction of a guide on how to setup a test client? -
Greetings, I would like to suggest something from the AUDIO section. Namely, I suggest there would be a checkmark / toggle ON OFF / for turning ALL SOUND off. This can come in the form of a restart, so no sound is even loaded and maybe game runs faster, or it can just turn off with full client loaded.
