What do i do agaist Carrier?

Probably repost but i didnt find anything. So I am currently grinding throught the horror that is called Colorado and i am wondering what i can do if a high tier carrier goes ham on me. Is there anything specific except hoping for carrier cover? It is really annoying to get oneshoted befor i had even one enemy in range. cheers
