you are getting a pattern, just the wrong one. These ships arent showing such high global statistics because they are all OP, they are showing high global statistics because they are harder to get than your average tech tree ship, which means that they are on average played by better players, which leads to higher stats. The only ship on that list that could reasonably be called OP based on its global statistics is the kremlin, as that is a standard tech tree ship that has now been in the game for a long time. I mean really, tell me that you honestly think that bourgogne and shikishima are OP. Shikishima is literally just a worse yamato that happens to be rare.

If you really want to argue that a ship is OP based on its global stats, you would need to weight those stats against the average stats of the players who played the matches in her, and we do not have access to those statistics, so if you want to make an argument that either of these ships are OP, it has to be a logical argument and careful comparison to other ships in several different categories, rather than just slapping on a screenshot which shows completely meaningless statistics.
