Hello, im Shima player and im can tell you that radar dont changes how im play now. Im usualy tend to attack BB's or distracted Cruisers, and im never stay closer to ennemys than 11 km so, for me radar is pain in the [edited]when im in middle of fighting other DD's, thats the only time when im can be frustrated of radar being used. (exemple, im pope smoke after being spoted by other dd trying to fight him but then ennemy cruiser uses radar and focus me those are only times im was killed by radar) So for me radar is not a big deal ;)
