Chamorro you could put the Pelayo, the Carlos V and the Cardenal Cisneros class in tier 2 or 3 like the mikasa. All of them were in active in the 1900. I think that the best would be for tier 2. And are you sure that the canarias had twin secondary turrets of 120mm?? I ask you because i haven´t seen or read it in any image or forum.
