I'm pretty sure that there are mechanics in place to select whom to provide with a bonus. Someone who is always spending money won't get padded since he will continue to do so. And if he stops he will get a treat. Others who spend less or haven't spent anything yet will get a bigger bonus. I personally haven't gotten a cashback coupon ever beside the birthday one. I also never got a rental ship (I can remember at least), or any other gift beside the ones everybody gets. And no - no one is getting banned for not paying money. The ones paying for premium ships/time are the once financing your non paying.

Of course he does. A ship is only considered to be a Elite ship if all modules have been researched and all ships that are able to be researched from it are indeed researched. The list for convertible XP to free xp only includes premium/special ships and ships with elite status. So, researching all T2 ships should resolve the issue.

When all is set and done WG will probably give a statement. But, like I said, since they also closed their main studio in Minsk, which housed all development for WoT, it is absolutely necessary to create a new one. Maybe this time with WoT and WoWs under one roof. When, where, or how is still pure speculation. But until this point is reached the development (at least for WoWs) stays in the hands of Lesta St. Petersburg. If I were in this position I would try my best to take as many employees as possible with me, since their know how is very hard to replace. And given the situation at hand, as an employee I would go with the company in this special case, if it is possible for me.

This is something the support can recheck.

All being discussed now is pure speculation. But from what I imagine WG will treat Lesta the same way as with the China server. they do their thing and the servers go parted ways. What I also expect (since WG also closed down the main headquarter in Belarus) that they will transfer as much knowhow aka personell as possible to their new location. So it might be fewer content for a while, but the game itself will continue. Just without the russian server.

On a non gameplay related note - They are the same ship. Austin's ship number is visible at Jinan's bow too, implicating it is Austin, after being decommissioned in the US Navy and being sold.
