Additionally to the problems already stated I presume many people simply try to grind their low tier ships in this mode without really being interested in winning or without having fully equipped ships and fully trained captains. (just my 2 cents)

Wow, noone from WG really seems to realize how toxic ranked has become with their setups...

As usual, noone in WG is taking in mind players' recommendations on ranked... Not only do we get the stupid mode with absurd bonuses on various areas of the map but there are also cvs... Of course, no divisions are allowed making it dull finding yourself surrounded by people who are not willing to play like a team. No irrevocable ranks either...

Boring mode and the fact that teams get filled with bots doesn't make for anything balanced.

Don't see the point in playing this if the team has many bots, like the one I tried this morning in my Shinonome, could have been won by the low tiers if the rest of my team didn't consist of bots with one human Dunkerque only. Why earn tokens in order to play this as well? (Note: WG allows totally inexperienced people buying high tier premium ships and have everyone's matches ruined as well as people play ranked with un-trained captains and not fully researched ships, but at the same time prevents people from participating in this mode...)

We want more of this ranked style and at least also allow a 2 persons' division. The 7 vs 7 ones (while also being solo) feel more of punishment. In the end, why be forced to be solo since it's a team play game, the usual problem is that the so called "team" doesn't want to play as one.

This sprint was rather fun, much better than the ordinary ranked terror.

OP, don't rush things, you're still learning the game. As stated by others, there is no right or wrong answer, in the end you will have to play the ships yourself and see which playstyle fits you best since they're all unique. What is more important is to know that battleships are supposed to take damage for their team in order for cruisers and destroyers to fulfill their duties but also when to disengage and heal up. Your current numbers are low.

Don't have one and don't intend on getting a ship just to try finishing ranked...(that is, not following WG's logic) :)

155 battles in this season and just can't move out of rank 5... Now back to 6 again... It's incredible watching "teams" forming lemming trains, avoiding caps or just cruising around.

The ship is quite decent, it's not the ship's problem but the person's playing it. Apparently you don't have experience in the game and particularly at lower tiers, however, thanks to WG you decided dishing out a load of money on a ship you considered would be OP just to "wreck the enemy"... Lesson to be learned is "DON'T SPEND MONEY ON HIGH TIER PREMIUM SHIPS IF YOU HAVEN'T managed competence at the respective ships of the tech tree"

Haven't seen any noob player actually willing to listen to any kind of advice. Also, wouldn't really call a player with 7k battles and 43% winrate a noob.

First of all I accidentally sold them, bare in mind I don't have credits' issue. Also, you can get them back via customers' support for the credits they were sold for.

This idea looks so bad... I stopped filing up the form once I saw the options...

Allow divisions of 2 persons in ranked, it's a horrible experience being solo.

Still stuck at r6-5... Win one then utter stomps having bots on my side... The fact that divisions of at least 2 persons are not allowed makes it even more frustrating since you're solo in randomness (where the majority of players lack basic game's knowledge) and thus have to suffer in silence... Yesterday we met a player in randoms that had 148 battles overall with mostly high tier premium ships of tier 8 & 9. He was really bad of course and was just cruising around but apparently there is no problem to WG's eyes since he has paid his way...

37k battles? wow...

Problem is that my team had at least three players of 43-46% in that match, didn't bother checking the rest.

Wouldn't call a player with almost 10000 battles a beginner but his 46% winrate overall (guys I met in ranked).... And have had many of those in my teams lately.
