I ancountered such graphics issues on my old PC due to too slow GPU and obsolete drivers. I would recomment checking your drivers, tune down graphic setting, and evaluate performance then.

Additional thought, if you are in a good flanking position, near your own team, the targeted BB might get the notification, that it has a RPF ship near, but the BB does not know which ship that is, so it can also assume, that the ship having it's bearing, is directly in front in plain sight. So, in short, I will test a lot in the next days if I can on the PTS, but I expect it to still work, somehow, but even harder than before -

mtm78 is right, as they did not state, that they changed anything in that regard to the first 0.6.0 PTS, the skill combines the whole superstructure to a single fire hit box, that can get exactly 1 fire on... so in order to start a second fire, you need to ignite the bow or stern sections, which is much harder to achieve because their hitboxes are so small. So, effectively, starting 2 fires is much harder than before and starting 3 fires next to impossible, or at least unlikely. -

I am aware of that. I still expect this skill to be widely used on EU when it goes live... so maybe it is common enough to oversaturate the information input. However, if I am the last one alive, it will give the enemy team some hint, where I am, even when they do not have RPF themelves. -

SE on tier 3 is nice for DD, might be interesting, even with lower gains. Inertia Fuse now seems to be extremely strong vs. lightly armored targets. Adrenalin rush with double gains... hm... 50% HP loss for 10% higher ROF... ok No changes to RPF... -
Never did something like that, but is there some possibility to auto-enable some translation add-in in your browser, that directly translates every website you visit to your own language? So, if you are not aware of that, you always see some more or less bad version of you language, and therefore, you do not realize, that you are in the wrong forum? Sounds dumb, but I really think that might be an explanation.

Actually, on Straight, one of the working tactics would be, if e.g. all ships at B go to B cap not C cap, following all the way through to A. However, you can take quite a beating in doing that. What can also work is, if all ships at B rush through to A and then around the corner to B cap. That is a long way, but you can focus your combined team effort to one site. In randoms this hardly works. But maybe, just maybe, that single slow BB tried to initiate something like that without communicating. -
Why not a secondary or even tertiary slave HDD? Or for file storage even an external one? No need for exchanging the operating system then. Other than that, IT pros do not like Windows systems because it is tedious work to remodel and tune them because of their rigid structure, where especially Linux based systems are much more open for the more technical stuff. The typical user/gamer does not need most of this stuff and there Windows is very comfortable to use. I am running XP/7/8.1 without any problems for years, even Win7pro on my 10 yo potato tower.

Interesting, that this is WGs definition of ingame roles, as we have so many missile cruisers, and we can readily perform our duty as escorts and protection for merchant ships... this short quote is for sure the pinnacle of WGs intended role for cruisers in the game... -

I have only ~1600 games now, but still have hoarded a lot.... as you can see in my signature... 77 and rising. -
1) 5.000.000 creds ... slightly meh, as there are also 20 mil ones... 2) 100 Dragon Flags ... awesome 3) 250 Juliet Charlie (anti detonation) ... meh 4) 250 Sierra Mike (speed) ... nice 5) 250 Juliet Whisky Unaone (+15% flooding) ... meh, as I do not play CV, and DD torps almost always cause flooding 6) 250 India X-ray (+fire chance) ... ok'ish Overall 6 SC and rather disappointed.

Can anyone explain the WG's logic behind the design of weekly missions?

I think that was a statement made by Tuccy some time ago: WG wants you to come out of your comfort zone and play ships you do not normally play. That translates more or less to a poorly made attempt to populate all ship classes that are not BBs more. -

Well, from a balancing point of view, skills need to be evaluated by looking at the good and competetive players. If the skill is giving too much advantage in an competetive environment, it is bad for the game overall, also the mediocre and bad players. This is also true for everything else. They are also cheaper and you still get one more charge... so I guess with the changes I'd play full prem consumable loadout.
