However, it is not clear, if they will implement only a couple of ships this year. As far as I remember, Royal Navy was scheduled to the end of next year.
-
Not long before OBT started, additional IJN & USN CV and BB were added... now it is only one (1) single month since OBT startet... so isn't that a bit high fetched, to allready expect new tech trees? On ETA: Sovjets and Germans this year, Brits next year probably.

After ~900 battles in CBT/OBT I really thought, 5 DD on one side is hardcap... I was proven wrong, aperently...

I stand a bit corrected: It was this topic http://forum.worldofwarships.eu/index.php?/topic/22704-latest-qa-stuff-from-the-devs-at-the-russian-forum/ And the source is the RU FAQ thread, answered especially by Sub_Octavian one of the devs.

Hellas players cant pay via paypal skrill paysafe......
Nethraniel replied to Arkas_4's topic in General Discussion
You are utterly wrong with that statement. The economy was down beforehand. But, as others stated allready... no politics here anymore. -
Correct me, if I am wrong, but as fas as I know, naval mines are not banned/prohibited internationally, in contrast to land mines (which are a major hassle to non-combatants, and thus really unethical). Or why do you think, naval mines are more unethical than torpedos, 18-inch guns, or dive bombers? However, as many stated, mines are bad for the game mechanics... most people would sturggle to cope with such an additional mechanism, they need to be aware of. Edit: Protocol II on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Mines, Booby-Traps and Other Devices was amended on May 3, 1996, to strengthen its provisions and extend the scope of application to cover both international and internal armed conflicts. The protocol regulates, but doesn't ban mines. It prohibits the use of non-detectable anti-personnel mines and their transfer; prohibits the use of non-self-destructing and non-self-deactivating mines outside fenced, monitored and marked areas; prohibits directing mines and booby traps against civilians; requires parties to the conflict to remove mines and booby traps when the conflict ends; broadens obligations of protecting peacekeeping and other missions of the United Nations and its agencies; requires States to enforce compliance with its provisions within their jurisdiction; and calls for penal sanctions in case of violation.

I do not mind jokes about that. And I do not see any chance of constructive feedback. You are right... However, if making jokes, they should be at least a bit thought through. I really like, good satire. -
US DDs get a smoke buff in 4.1 according to Ev1n.

Common... the economic situation in Greece is bad enough, bad these 'jokes' are really really low... and also not even close to the real situation, to be able to count as satire -
Are you sure, you are allways playing PvP and not Co-Op against bots in between? Because in Co-Op you get much less XP/Creds.

EU replay activation topic is here: http://forum.worldofwarships.eu/index.php?/topic/11679-replay-function/ @OP: That seems a lot like you have display/connection issues... never encountered this kind of glitching of enemy ships, unless I had massive lag.

On an additional note... afaik the average age of WoWS (and also WoT) players is significantly higher than that of most "twitch" titels...
-
Nope. There are a lot of twitch gamers out there, I agree, but, I wouldn't put that as a design maxime for every game.

Gun Fire Control System Modification 1 on BBs doesn't change values in port
Nethraniel replied to Jazz747's topic in General Discussion
At the moment, no external change (upgrades, camo paint, captain's skills) are visible in the stats in port. I really hope they add this feature. -
What do you consider 'common shells'? HE and AP more or less covers it.

Module research vs net gain should be proportional
Nethraniel replied to Bratwurst_Bob's topic in Archive
While this is in principle true, you can mount the C hull without mounting the B hull first... afaik... so it is not just an B hull upgrade. -
Because CA players do not realize, that killing a fragile DD gives a lot of credits/XP because they can very fast do 100% of damage to the DD (which is rewarded higher than doing 30% damage to a BB, which would be more HP wise).
-
It is btw. 20 seconds, that your detectability goes up after firing. The detectabiliy of Yamato should be (with upgrade & skill) 18'0.9*0.86 = 13.93 km And if the enemy has some DDs with a bit of brain, you should be more or less permaspotted at 14 km... so, yeah, like VonVolks said... try it...

T9 low-population fail MM... not enough high tier players f**k up the MM big time.
-
Just to be precise... an iteration of this ship is added for a very very small number of supertesters, so it might be encountered ingame. But you will not get to play it for at least some month more.
-
Nope, +3 tier spread is completely working as intendedTM for that you don't even need a fail division, however, if there are enough players at higher tiers, it is not very common, but common enough.
-
These mechanics were unexpected... wow. Thank you for the link. Would be nice to get these information on detail from the devs...

Lets take a moment to appreciate the beuty of matchmaker.

Ouch. -
Premium ships also have indirectly higher income. Typically their servicing cost and repair costs are lower.
-
Charged for repair when i had no damage
Nethraniel replied to salty_semun's topic in General Discussion
Yip, ships do have basic "servicing costs", which you allways have to pay.
