submarines ruined all game meta. Yes, i accept they are real but game meta is not ready for it

Hi All, I am playing wows for only 5 months and i am still a rookie :) But i have a problem with Hizen, i bought this ship for 10k doblons when dockyard event and this ship is totally useless, i can understand even if i am newbie. I think this ship effective only in 10km, but 10km means easy dying for slow and big battleships. No Accuracy, No Endurance, No Maneuverability, Long Reload Time, Low HP Pool, Slow Artilerry Turning Speed and etc. everything is bad on this ship. Am i totally wrong or is that balanced for tier 9 battleship?

hi, i am newbie on this game, i am trying to complete the hizen event and i spent 10k doblons for that but when i check comments about ship. its not worth to grind. so i am very regret :( i am going back to wot again. good luck guys
