Make 4 trees - American from Pt boats to aircraft carriers and heavy destroyers like the USS missouri and the CV-6 Entreprise - Germans from small recon crafts (or subs but they might be overpowered) to the tirpitz and the bismark - british with the whole variety of light and fast destroyers and the heavier slower cruisers - japanese same cruisers with big guns to the yamato and his giant guns.
