It’s entirely possible to build X Puerto Rico using only the boosters available for Shipbuilding Tokens. This article doesn't tell me how many boosters i need to achieve that. 9 are possible to get so how many are enough to finish? 3, 5 or all 9? and who knows if you can get all the tokens when you dont play aircraft carriers or have specific premium ship...every time when there is directive i cant finish them all because of that reason...i want to know how many boosters are enough to finish the Puerto Rico so i can decide if I should grind because I wil be only guessing if 8 are enough or 7 is enough.
