Because 2+2 is 3 and smart peopel can prove it. Can we stay more in the main topic and don't fall into details. We proved earlier that the speed 200 is fine and speeds 30 and 40 are equal as well.

They feel very well what class DDs are. They explain very well what DDs do and how those Dds feel. No need for high stats or thousands of battles to understand. Secondly you mention a term "effective play". All players are effective and win 50% of times. Feels like you believe in stats and diplomas. Well, in that case you should believe that 2+2 is 3. Or that eating chicken makes you strong. Or that pork and the word War are bad.

I see first time that topic and the poll questions and results. I think it would sound tou cruel if i said that all the questions, answers, and the topic are faulty. Or how to say. In this forum and i nthe Facebook peopel can put Likes to the posts and do you think that those likes differ somehow from the answers peopel give to polls? No, the likes and the poll results are the same thing. You can make in some countries a poll which asks "do you agree that pork, Subs and the word War are used mostly by uneducated people?". And billions answer Yes/Like because nobody wants to be uneducated or go to jail. I can go through the poll mistakes later and i hope that you take it positively. This is how a constructive method works- there should be critics always in everything.

I didn't probably read all partsso i skipped what the more experienced CV players said. But i have explained that the experience and diplomas and stats and so on are irrelevant. I have given an example where more experienced scientists say that 2+2 = 1 and 2+2 = 5 and other values. Do you think that those equations are ture because experienced people whith good highschool skills said such truths? Do you think that top athletes say truth? No, you don't. We have given plenty of other examples and proofs repeatedly that show that stats and diplomas are irrelevant. In the beginning of this topic one other person said the same. Therefore i doupt that i would agree with those more experienced CV players but i don't even know what they said. Secondly i believe that the best truth comes from average players. Why? Because they are more in reality. Extreme players are blind if to express so. Also, somewhere was a smart quote: the higher the score, the sicker the person. Sounds brutal but it may illustrate my idea here. I don't comment other parts because it takes too much time and people need me on thousands other questions.

I have explained earlier that CVs are the most difficult class to play. And some stats somewhere including the ones you show in the picture are irrelevant in that matter. Obviously it is very difficult to play with CVs and if you think differently then make a topic and put your arguments adequately there and do the argumentation. My understanding is that everybody in this topic should: like CVs and talk about buffs. If you fail to meet those 2 criterias then you should not talk here. If one speaks little bit CV-related other issues then it is fine but mostly this topic is to talk about buff. I understood this way. The point of this topic seemed to me to talk if CVs need smoke and anti-Subs tools. My first opinion was that there is no need to have a perfect world where all vehicles have all tools against everything. If some vehicles don't have smoke or the G-key then i personally don't think that it is an obstacle in the entertainment. Is it wise to buff the planes speed from 200 to 500? In my opinion not because it would be very difficult to aim. Some mentioned above that AA is not effective. In that case why most battles at the end CVs are empty of planes? Looks like some suggest to nerf CVs flying speed and duration time. Speed is not important but aiming is. If you take an average Cv player then you see that they fail to hit enemies quite often. So, it does not matter how quickly CV can arrive to any location. Some suggested again English gramamr at the same time when they were offtopic. Grammar, math and other irrelevant details are not as big obstacles as spam, being off topic, invalid argumentation methods, hatred, brainwash, etc. Let's take an example. A caffe serves in simple plastic boxes food and the other caffee serves in the shiny boxes rat poison. And one customer comes and tells that the first caffe has ugly plastic boxes with grammar error on them and doesn't mention anything about food. He suggest to use proper nice packaging like it is in the other caffe. So, he was totally off topic because the packaging and gramamr are totally irrelevant. Maybe we can invent hundreds other examples later until people understand how to do argumentation first time properly in their life. Some mentioned that number 40 is not good and 30 is better. Well, in my opinion 30 equals 40 because it does not affect the result in our context. Also seems that peopel try to solve such task that would make CVs results equally for both good and bad players. So that a higly skilled Cv player would make 50k damage and newcomers as well 50K. Such wish igoes against math if to say so. As i mentioned earlier it is just impossible to achieve some kind of perfect balance. Some mentioned that cruisers are over powered. I have agreed with that idea earlier but i don't see any problem in any ship and i don't see any OP ships at all. The reality that is seen is that CVs and Subs appear often which proves that many like them and the fact is that most of the times they are not at TOP3 which proves that they are not overpowered.

I added first many arguments and questions that people couldn't answer. So, go answer those first and then when order arrives to your questions here we will answer. I have already given an adequate answer to the forum question and you can search it. The reason why you repeat defeated/answered questions/arguments is that: 1) spamm etc makes it difficult to search and find 2) poor argumentation techniques. One poor not valid method is to repeat the old defeated arguments. Like, if we proved that 2+2 is 4, then you repeat again in style like "2+2 is not 4", then we copy paste again the proof that 2+2 is 4 and soon you repeat again your opposing statement. I haven't seen in this forum any adequate topics with adequate methods. 3) brainwashed people have such mentality that they ignore facts. For example you can prove them that pork and the word War are not bad but they ignore the proof. It is not only a bad argumentation style but a mental aspect. You picture is interpreted by adequate people so that your hive laughs at disabilities. Most spam pictures give similar interpretation or even a worse one. Therefore i suggest to read where i explained that spam is not an adequate method.

I agree that in average CVs have a speed of 200 which you mentioned. There is no need to play a math doctor or grammar doctor in debates, so 200 is a fine acceptable number in the argument. Typical ship types have around speed of 40 but they are already i nthe middle of the map so 40 is enough for them to swim to the CV with some time and kill it. CV planes need defenitely a bigger speed than 40 because CVs are usually far away and the speed 40 would take forever for them to arrive to the enemy area. That's why 40 is not enough for CVs. It is obvious that all vehicle types should have different speed and they have different tools. Some ships have better armor and some better speed, etc. There are many tactics against CVs and other vehicles. For example DDs and Subs can kill CVs pretty easily. They continue to have such ability even in T11 CVs where some planes reach the speed of 300. That's why CVs are not always in TOP 3 in the 15MMs. I believe that if a ship is not TOP 3 most times then there doesn't exist any overpowered ship. The term OverP means that something makes most battles 4+ kills and is in TOP 1. But you can't see such picture. Secondly, if one day there will appear such vehicle that makes msot times 4 kills and is in TOP 1 then such vehicle is in both teams so the MM is always fair. There are no such vehicles today that melt in a first minute. That means that all ship types are fine today. But there is no need to have all vehicles to stay alive 10 minutes with all available tools equipped. In war it is fine that some ships/elements are a so called cannon meat and die quickly. Many things in life use a quick kamikaze method and other methods. Therefore it is not needed to have a perfect balance where each ship has equal abilities and things as other ships. It is probably even mathematically not possible to achieve if we dig deeper into the balancing theory. So, if some vehicles appear little bit more mightier then that is fine in my opinion. But i haven't seen any such vehicles by today. The speed 200 is fine in my experience. Otherwise the travelling time is too big and also the AA kills all planes. And because CVs are fine and no need to nerf and no sign of OP. That is the first adequate opinion about the number 200.

I remind that in this topic are welcomed people who like CVs and we talk about buffing the CVs not nerfing. See the point 5 in the Original Post. I like CVs but Subs i love. So i am totally i nthe topic and welcomed here but most who adressed me recently were offtopic and couldn't answer my arguments/questions which means they lost the debate, and they don't seem to love CVs. In that news you find a link to the Pdf-file where it is said that missing comma was intentional and not a gramamtical mistake. It was intentional and no mistakes. It is explained there with such phrase: "akhurst contends, that comma is missing for good reason. ". So ,you example is not valid because it is not a grammatical msitake. If you have one rare example about a court case then you can ignore that one because it is so rare. Secondly, can you proove that exactly 1 comma or other gramamtical issue made a victory? The grammar detail may have been irrelevant in that case but it just existed and 1% to move the case towards the truth. In the internet environment is English the main language and commas are usually not used at all but in some other languages the commas don't change much of the meaning either. If one wins something because of the comma or color or length and not because some reasonable reasons then that one is not a very honest person usually. In some industries like insurance there are some who try to find details and holes in the rules to get a victory and profit. But they are still rare in my opinion. Because texts/documents are written well usually and most have high ethics and won't go to court to try luck on the comma. You say that there is perhaps no need for poetry and so on. In the argumentation you don't need those things and can you show anyone who can proove that those things help somehow the argumentation process? For example, there is nothing smart in slang language because slang is just different in every area. The same slang word Rain may mean a totally different thing for me than in your dialect/slang and does it mean that you are not smart? Most people don't like such inadequate methods. I don't think that it matters which medical status a person has, which diplomas or stats he has. We disagree about the grammar detail and let it be. In a professional environment it is totally acceptable if someone writes a 100 degrees opposite meaning by either forgetting to add the word Not etc. All opponents correct such forgotten Not words fro mtheir opponents and all do such types and nobody accepts "a victory by a grammar" winning method. It is like winning a Wows battle because your opponent lost internet- nobody takes such victory as a victory. I disagree that a single word/symbol or even zero symbols like in spam images are a matter of economy or optimisations. No, they don't improve anything and are inadequate not understandable noise. At last you mention that noisy distractful spam can be good if it makes fun. There one has to proove that it makes fun to opponents. Very easy is to proove the opposite: many people don't understand the message behind spam and those who are lucky and understand the same way as the author intended they may not feel fun but something opposite. That all proves that there is no good at spam and often people try to win the argumentation with telling jokes that creates a laughing emotion and laughing makes to forget the arguments and the result is that there is only laughter and no arguments anymore which appears like the argumentation round has ended by the victory of those who told the anecdote. For example people may argue how much is 2+2 and the party who says it is 4 looses the argumentation because opponents tell a joke and all start to laugh and it is even impossible to say any words anymore because the laughter noise is so load. An the result is that the party who tried to prove that 2+2 is 4 lost. Therefore we i don't see any good of spam or other inadequate methods. There is no need something to be funny and no need to economize anything and no point to believe that the opponent understand your symbolism.

Your suggestion is fine and falls into the "irrelevant grammar details" and "dialects" topic usually. The simpler constructions one can make the better of cause. The difference between spamming and grammar details is that one is intentional inadequancy and the other is not intentional. Many strange people have come to talk to me in german language. They usually ask me to lower their sufferings by punishing one of my clan members. I always answer them that it is sick to ask others to damage, report, punish anybody and is therefore forbidden in my clan. Secondly, why they don't use respectful language and dialect that others would understand and don't need to go to translate. I explain that their german language is not a respectful choice and that proves that they don't respect people. But i also mention that language and grammar are irrelevant details so it is fine if i translate one time their language. if you wish then i can comment the spam image in the previous post with and equivalent argument which sounds like "Rain.". And that 1-word argument proves that i won the argumentation. If your image proves the same then we have 2 winners and that's it. But do you consider it is constructive if all argumentations end so?
