Tiger H got very fast reload, no armor at all, but overall amazing gun. Very good as a second line tank. Tiger P is a complete crap. Reload is slow while the gun is the same as the Tiger H, and the armor it got is offset by the horrible speed and the numerous weakspots. Panther is one of my favourite tier 7 but most players find it horrible.^^ I don't recommend german heavies and mediums for non-experienced players. They are harder than they look. Giving a try to the TDs is a good idea however. Especially the line going to Jagdpanther II. Low tier are amazing snipers, and both Jagdpanther and Jadgpanther II are terrific assault guns, fast with an incredible punch.

And again, people are directing beginner to the heavily forgiving tanks like they direct newbies to german BBs here. -_- You. Don't. Learn. Sh*t. With. Easy. Mode. Tanks/BBs. Get a T-34-85 instead. It's a very good all-rounder, dangerous no matter the matchmaking, and it will teach you to flank, snipe, scout, stay hidden, play agressive when needed, angle, hulldown... Also go for the T29. Tier 7 US heavy tank. It's utterly broken, but it will teach you how to hulldown and shred red baddies with the awesome 105mm. Don't even try the French as the line got horrible low tier, and high-skill floor high tier with a very dynamic but also very hard gameplay. Russians, US are good for beginner as long as you stay away from the russians heavies that requires no brain at all. (Only T-10M is interesting, and that's tier 9...)

I sold the Bismarck without even playing a game in it (not interested and needed money for Khabarovsk), and I'm sure I'm not alone. Add it the players that sold it when going for FdG and GK and won it again too.

Fletcher is more than a cut above Tashkent and Yuugumo. I don't know Z-46 well enough, but it seems a bit meh, and Udaloi is the only real competitor to Fletcher. Fletcher is both the best torpedoboat and one of the best gunboat in the game. I can't call that balanced.

They are not "quite good", there is basically no reasons to play something else with their current stats...

It depends on how they release them in the game. If they actually do proper CV campaign like they did in WoT for the VK72 or the M60, I totally agree with Musashi as a tier 10 "premium". Kitakami is much more tricky. You can't give them to a large number of player. I think the only way to make it "fair, and high-skill", would be a server tournament. Give them to the players of the winning clan, that would make 30 Kitakami.

Aaaah, the good ol' times... Kitakami and her 40 Long Lance, 10 km range, fast af, stealthy, and amazing at killing allies. I do want her.

C'est pas qu'ils avaient une mauvaise marine, c'est que leurs navires sont vraiment trop overhypés pour ce qu'ils sont : des navires au design en grande partie obsolète au début de la WW2. Que leurs marins soient excellents, soit. Ok. Personne n'a dit le contraire. Mais le plus gros avantage qu'ils avaient c'est le nombre de bâtiments disponibles. J'aimerais juste qu'on arrête de porter aux nues des "machins" comme Hood...

Tnaking their own class I agree, but not when playing like a broadside potato. And citadelling BBs with cruisers isn't rare in tier 10. Or more like, wasn't rare. Just two days ago, my x1.5 with Moskva : an Iowa tried attacking me broadside, he got rewarded by triple citadel hits and then got quickly dispoed of by our GK. And that's HOW it should be. Now I'm quite sure the same potatoes doing the same BS will tank my Moskva like it's nothing, and that's infurating to me. Every class in the game pay their mistakes, why would BB be the only ones that don't ? Now the only easily reacheable citadel in high tier are Yamato and Izumo. You really think that's ok ? There, they should take the opportunity to make the UK BB citadel high as before, and use that as a reason to make the already existing BB citadel higher. It just doesn't make any sense to buff, buff, buff their survivability patches after patches. Well, that's minor in comparison to everything else in that british BB line. I really hope they'll reconsider the artillery at least. If not, it's clear powercreep.

No, BB citadel is not only about BB duel. BB citadel at close range was a good mean for any tier 10 CA to sink a potato. Look, just the other day, I was angling and varying my speed in Martel against a North Carolina... broadside and reversing, and I had allies behind me, including a Bismarck. By the time he sank, he shaved 35% of my HP, and he missed most because I was trying my best to screw his aim. He played like a potato, I played as smartly as possible, yet I took huge damage. Reverse the situation, the CA would be dead within two salvoes at most. And that's not the only issue. BB have far too much survivability, making the BBs able to tank their own class even when broadside isn't logical. A duel between CA is over the moment one of them shows broadside. In a duel between DD each hit counts. In a duel between BB... that can take a long time now that most BB are immune to instant deletion by their own kind. Introducing another BB with that kind of ability isn't the way to go. Forgiving mistakes isn't how that game works, especially when it forgives mistakes of a single class, and screw the others for them... With current leaked stats, they are purely, clearly, utterly broken. I know it is subject to change, but right now they need a massive nerf. In particular, that Colonize thingy can boast the most powerful artillery in the game. The only thing he doesn't have is the ability to lolpen 32mm. Everything else is far better than Yamato. Even Moskva artillery is a joke in comparison.

Yeah, they have less HP and armor. But they do have the Repair party of RN cruisers. Meaning they can heal up to 40% in one go. That's far better survavibility than any BB ingame...

No. HE penetrating the thin layer does 0 damage. And the AP need to penetrate the second layer to do damage as well. Iowa was weak when broadside because the citadel was high, nothing more. And it should have stayed that way.

You remind me of the "excellent" machine guns in french planes at the beginning of the war. I don't remember exactly the caliber, (12 or 12.7 or something), but they worked... as long as the gun didn't jam when loading the second ammo of the whole loader. xD
