I think she's just beating the crap out of the French Battleship Hime from the E-4 map of the Summer event actually. -

Abukuma design is nice in itself, but I just don't like her voice. Isuzu is just an ASW monster when Kai Ni. She's very useful for 1-5; and mandatory to any event map with SS bosses. Her OASW is just that powerful. And you need Maya Kai Ni asap. Yeah it's level 75, yeah it's long, but her AACI specialization will save your life so many time. Same for Sendai and her three night equipment, added with her incredible firepower in night battle. @IJN_Kitakami I'm french, and I just can't make any sense from the first line. "Avez-vous déclaré expansion" ? What ? That would translate in english to "Did you proclaim expansion ?" I just can't make head or tail from this line. In the second line, Richelieu is asking Teste from where she is exactly, and she think she's from Québéc in the "New World", you know, the "French" part of Canada ? And Teste get mad, asks Richelieu if she saw her hair with the "Bleu-blanc-rouge" (Blue-White-Red, the color of the French flag) and Richelieu is confused and just add Canada red and white flag to Quebec blue and white.. -

There are ships in your list you absolutely need to level due to their usefulness. Like Isuzu, Sendai and Maya. You should level Mikuma for the 203 n°3 and the remodelling into CAV too. And some more standard CA, mostly Myoukou and at least one of her sister. I mean, sure, you should level the one you like. I Kai Ni'ed Kiso first of all because she's my waifu, but there are so many shipgirl you HAVE to level in order to simply be able to clear some maps, to do the event properly, and so on. I hate Abukuma voice, but I'm still leveling her because I need to. -

Waaaat. I love my Zuikaku active personality, much better than Princessy-Shoukaku. And twintail ftw. Also both Shouka and Zuika are much better than any "efficient CVL". CVl are only there for lower consumption and when you can't uses CV. But the Kaku sisters share very good balanced slots when Kai and Kai Ni, and the CVB version just have both very good firepower (if needed), high armor, high HP and the ability to still launch planes when at orange health. Though now the best CVB is Saratoga, Taihou and Shoukaku are still great CVs. Seriously, without Yamato and Nagato firepower, I don't think I would ever have cleared E-4 last event. It was hard enough like that, so I would have never even tried with FBB instead. You really think Yamato 178+ firepower when not even Kai isn't useful on sorties ? Really ? On boss with 730 HP and very high armor ? -
But he is ? I mean, he is winning his games, he average more damage, and he both stay alive more and sink more enemies. What else do you want ?

Those idiots don't even pick Superintendent on a battleships and choose BFT each freaking time instead. At this point you just have to give up on the video, they don't understand jack about their own game. Next video : Survivability Expert on Yamato I guess.

Yup, avoiding torps coming at 100+kts with the combination of their speed and yours can be... very, very tricky. However Henri have some great advantage in close quarter against BBs. First, there's no BB that can turn their turret fast enough to follow 44 knots at tier 10. Second it has a rather large HP pool, so you can always tank at least one salvo. Third the torp angle. Yeah they do in average 20-25k damage when you hit all three, but you don't need to expose your broadside like a Zao to send them, and you can pretty easily turn the other way after getting past your opponent and send another 3. Henri AP are devastating. I have Moskva since quite some times, and Henri just impressed me. Moskva have two issues with its AP : they have very flat arcs and doesn't do that much damage actually. Moskva tends to overpen a lot on cruisers with underwater citadels like Hindenburg, while Henri just goes straight for 4 citadel hits at range. And Henri alpha damage on both HE and AP is very high. HE does the same damage as Zao and AP does more damage than Hindenburg, but with much better penetration. Henri is much tankier than Martel and Saint Louis, and isn't as fragile on the rudder. You won't be able to charge a lone enemy in each battle, but when you do it's both fun and very efficient in late game. Also seeing a DD utterly panicking cause you're actually going faster while they are using the speed boost is hilarious.

Clan Battle Announcement: No CVs allowed, max 1 BB per team, rent ships for players that don't have a TX yet

Cause radar doesn't help a lot when you're spamming 105 x20km torp ? And properly aimed in order to make a nice carpet of torpedoes, hydro won't help either. -

Lo Yang long range torpedoes are far too weak. Just the other day we (CL4PT) had a match with 2 Lo Yang instead of our usual Lo Yang/Benson (I think it was against FR4C). We scored 3 torpedo hits on one of their smoke for a measly 20.000 damage and no kill, where a Benson would have got at least one kill and possibly even a double strike. -

All those "CV are too powerful" guys, just go watch replays of LOTS or KOTS, you can see them on youtube, and see how CVs are actually playing there. And see who has the most influence in the match : radar cruisers and DDs, with sporadic burst of damage from BBs. -

Yeah, that will be sooooo dynamic without CV around. Cut the BS, even the UFR that participated in the test admitted to me that each time you put two reasonably skilled clans against one another the match become very campy since nobody can make an agressive move. They admitted that some game were very, very boring. CV makes the competitive gameplay dynamic. Without CV your team is blind, so your DD have to be agressive in order to spot. That put them at risks. They get spotted, they get wrecked, the team lose a huge asset on losing the DD, so they have to be even more agressive to try and compensate for it ==> snowballing. Hence not making the first move is the best choice. You call that dynamic ? Just pictures this for a second. A good 7 players team would logically be in this configuration something like : One Montana One/Two Moskva One/Two Des Moines Two Gearing One Khabarovsk Or something like that anyway. Des Moines concealment is actually equal to its radar range, and with the module it can radar for 56 seconds. Moskva have great radar range and can very easily snipe from longer range. You can also consider bringing an Hindenburg for the tankiness, overall firepower and hydro. What will happens ? Both team are blind because there's no CV to spot. Nobody can reasonably attack, because you need the DD to spot, and DM can just press Y to spot the DD the exact second they are spotted, and shower them with a rain of fire. Moskva can accurately nail the DD. Gearing can even smoke them so that they can uses the radar without risks for themselves, while the Montana takes the focus. And against a reasonably skilled team, that is one DD killed per radar use. That will become a pathetic matchup of camping and waiting. Add a CV to the mix. First they spot each team, so both are forced to either camp in smoke the whole game, or move together. Second, and unlike what you think, anybody can spot in competitive. Sure, if you put @thisheep or @El2aZeR in a tier X CV against a random CV player, they will most probably dominates them. BUT that's actually not that important in competitive, because unlike FFA, CV can't strike that much in competitive, and any player can still spot even i they're losing the Air Domination. There are just too many plane in tier X to completely shut down the enemy CV to the point they can't even spot. And if there aren't enough CV player, just rent a Midway and a Hakuryuu with a 15 points captain to any player currently owning a tier 8+ CV for the CW. It's not like you can't, right ? That can even double as a large-scale test for tier X CV rebalance. Yet again, you guys are showing us that you don't know your own game. -
