    Update 8.0.11 Build A Puerto Rico

    Just finished completing the PR. Ship Tokens for every Ranked 1 vs 1 made it easy. But now i dont have The Puerto Rico, i can not buy it i can not build anymore, it just says " obtained on 22.11." Wasn´t the Announcment that we can own that Ship and actually Play it?!?
