High tier cruiser will eat you alive. There is no skill that will change that. And considering this on dd. You will give up stealth and rdf for this??? No thanks. Use ap instead.

You can do the same with AP and gain stealth on 4th skill or bufedd AAA. Low caliber RU ap are monster on everything not angled.

On shima i use 8 km. Or 12 with speed skill. On other note i do not flank. I cap and follow main push force. So rdf is no treath to me. Flankin is selfish play in my opinion and does not benefit group. Dds are lowest dmg class. Dds roles is more than pure dmg. It is spot. Cap. Area denial. Dmg.

Woot? Ijn dominates from t 8-10 brutaly in every aspect and stats.

Cv is not get big hit this patch. Rdf will eat all point and ships will infact get less aaa than before Still diferrence in ijn vs usa is intact. Ijn dominates. To OP. There is only max 19 skill point and minimal number of peoples have 19 skill captains. And there are much better skills to takr on most ship than aaa buff. Basicly you meet cv every 5-6 game anf full aaa cpec will not be common thing.

My foult. I did not see that 10% is on that skill. Yes it will be used in every spec. Well saipan was bluntly op ship.

Can this pointless crying stop? It is highly situational skill that dont affect your play much in ijn dd. Most of times bbs knows where you are but still must watch others and you torp as before. It is not 1vs1 game.

So Hakuryu should be able to rat alive that 1 squad of midway fighters + strafe to hell bombers. Hell no. Ijn can not get everything goimg in their favour.

Nobody nobod takes that skill. Because it is ony usefull agains saipan. Apsolutly ussles skill.

well yes and no.....without "f" you do not have "speed" return but regular speed.....with this new skill. i have n ide wha somebody would choose this skill and than manually return planes home (without spped buf and without bonuses/minuses from this skill)

if RDF spots BS (minium 13 km from you) than you or team did something veryyyyy wrong....i mean...did somebody actualy got recked from BS in stealth? . and RDF WILL NOT SPOT HIM....and it will not tell you if that is BS or are you broadside to him.....it is not bacial skill..it only poinst sektor whee is nearest ship and most times it jumpes from place to place in group fight. i mean, i tried it on PTR...and 90% of time i know that enemie is thre where it showed me, so it was waste of 4 th skill for me. it has more sence for ca and DD for hunt....but still sometimes you get recked and find out it was not dd there but des moines and you die in wild chase

i told you, average dmg of torps per t 10 game is 50 k....half bbs health......you die from other sources...AP, fire, cv.....and you sacrifise your offensive arsenal (manual secondaries), defense against HE AP (stealth) or cv AFT, manula AA.....you need to give something away.....and that will cost you more because average torp dmg is really low......but hey....CV will thank you....and every other ship if you in KM dont go full secondaries build

Torphits will invrease because noobs will stop loooking aroind and depend on rdf. . They will see icon that nerest ship is somwhete east. Cruiser behind iceland. Rn in smoke other dd. And got hit with torps from other source. Other dd or cruiser. Most torphits hapens when close fight begins. And apsolitly ussles skill in that. Because you will hav 5-6 shops in 10 km range and no idea what skill points. Probably will point target you see most of a time.

Because flamu is not noob. This is noob skill on bb. Because you sacrifise other more importan skills.

Ussles skill for bb most of time. Secondary spec and stealth are much more productive for ijn and km and aaa spec for usa This is offensive skill for dd hunters.

bonus is applied to moving squadrons.....if they stay and not move (aka going home) bonus is not up.....so no abuse here . and i guess increased ammo is here for increased life of squads. but still this skill is ussles......it will lower dps of CV....who wants this?

12 k with speed talent are best for me. Solid performance + 10 k range.

SO everybody agree than RN cruiser is THE BEST one.....and there are thousands of crying topich how RN cruisers sucks

Tirpitz is still excellent ship. Great trainer. Great monekymaker and overal great ship. No need for "regret" P.s. and he also will never feel nerfbat
