I like Sims. I love it. I Just wanna play devils advocate so future buyers have full information. And understand that this ship will shine only in one role and in good heands. If peoples buy their first dd Bly or Lenin are fra more user friendly and have solid arsenal of torps and guns. I really think Sims could get some love. lo young got it and needed it less. Those 5.5 converted to 7 or 7.5 and it would be just ok.

Well in begining sims had 2 oponents. Iijn and Mahan. Ijn was and is free hunt and Mahan is simmilar as Sims. There were no radar. Now Sims have gunboats as oponents Ru polish and have KM one with hydro and radars. In normal fight all ru and bly will win over Sims because of been gunboats with precise guns and fast while Sims can just hide and nobody will risk turnfight with Sims. And hybrid KM has hidro that gives it edge in caping tasks. So if you want dmg gunboats are better. If you want best capper you get KM.... So yes Sims got competition that is stronger than him and got gamemehanics that hurts all dds but one s with bad guns the most. Basicly Sims is gunboat without guns and now we have gnboats that have better guns and better torpedos and only slightly worst stealth. 6.8 bly for instance.

Reduce acuraccy of BB guns over 15 km by 50% .....

Yes BaBies can not play without 100 aaa rating, radar, 90% torp belt and smoke if possible

Or....if you are not moron.....wlii use your ca as aaa umbrela + you will stay closer to team. If this hit hard camping idiots i am totaly fine. Buffing cv is best thing which can happen to teamplay. Basicly every bb which is 7.2 km from ca is imune from cv strike.

Only problem is if you run onto other usa (faragut is it?) who outdps you with 5 guns or RU or bly decide to kite you. The best play for Sims is templay. Abuse long usa smoke to smoke teammates and spot for them + cap zones. Torpedos are worst in t7 so ambush is probably best option with 5.5 (9.2 going 48 knots plus dooing 2 k dmg is just patetic and can hit only braindead zombi with it) Radar is standard now in t7 so smoking and fiering from them is ussles because your 4 guns can not do bigger punch. Also Sims got punch when they nerfed exp from caping. It is ship that got powercreeped hard. It was top dogfighter at realease but now just suffer with bad balistics and 4 guns. And new dds just outgun him hard. Kiev, Bly.... Sill good exp farmer but not much competitive or better said there are much stronger dds in t 7 right now

Sims has lower torp dmg and lower gun dmg than tech tree usa dd. This ship really needs some love

Ussualy guys without single t10 are everithing6 but not competitive. Guy with 0 game can buy premium and play in lower brackets. To play on t 10 at least you need 1k games.

Just put t10 season and you get rid of premiums. But on t 6 there are not much OP premiums
