Hipper is worst t8 and totaly broken ship in design. Before HE buff i usualy needed 150 hits of he for 20 k pure dmg. Now it is beter but still can not compete in he spam with ru/ijn/fr His biggest problem is weak ap. Not in dmg but in angles it is usefull. Only perfect broadside ap will do dmg.

Ap nuking is what we need. Learn team play or get nuked. Cv in any load against competitive players is just spoter. In turnaments shokaku plays AS and drops bombs in water. Why? Because team play shuts down cv Who Basicly don't care about team play the most - BaBies. So get nucked or ltp as team

Bb is played to often because it is most easy to play for idots. You can not be oneshoted like every ih jer class + you have longest guns. Nerf bb and wolia idiots will love to other game because in this one everybody can get instaglib. They will love to Farmwille. So yey for sticking it to BBr and their [edited]of captain (not all offc, but ussualy first to cry nerf to everything that hurts them)

On other hand it is perfectly normal that you ever 30 seconds can delete cruiser from full to 0.....or that you can with ap do 5 k dmg to dd which is radared again by you and you got 1/3 of his helth Hey but when somebody do 35k (which is 1/3 of health) to me than STOP it is not ok. It is top much.

Bb can avoid 40k drop. I post you how. But you Just wont accept that killing planes=avoiding ap dmg. Plus if you manuver you will make him miss alot of drops or lose alot of planes while trying perfect a gle.

There is no argument why BBs should not get 50 k salvos from something else than other BBs. You can project yourself 1- your cv 2 - friendly cruiser 2b - sticking in group 3- aaa spec 4 - manuvering Really there is no argument why only bs should be without dngr for massive dmg.

After nerf of most torpedos this AP thingy is first anti bb weapon in game that could work. Bb right now does not have nemesis. They are only class without it after dd got nerfed to ground. An now we could have specialized BS hunter in game......usa cv. Of dd can live with 12 torpedo crosdrop BBs will learn to live with 30 k ap bombs

I play bouth Ru and USA cruiser line and hiting dd with ru guns is so much easier. Laserspeed. Really there is so hughe difference in speed that hiting dd with ru guns on 10 km is peace of cake.. Spread is perfect. Usually all 12 hits while DM he shels troles much more and fly sometimes all around

USA with bad arc are worst dd hunter. While Ru snipers will 2 shot dd in USA usualy you will not kill them in radar time. When aiming on dd in Des Moines you do not target dd but predict where he will be in 10 seconds when your shells lands. Probably would be OP without that arc because of massive DPM

mate, i could be more polite, you are right here......but still....2 t8 cruiser by your side and you cold not shred t 7 planes?....somebody play extrabad here....if those to t8 cruiser marked squads they would die.....also i bet some of them had ready AAA consumable.....and did hot turn it on. So you can not blame AP bombs for bad play of your cruisers, they should shred them in aproach.....it is t 7 planes without modules for health (it is available on t9 CV-s)..... yeah Ap bomb hurts....torpedo hurts....but CV is easiest ship to shut down, you just need one friendly (non moron) cruiser in 7,2 km range. I hope this buff to Cv will again force some cruisers to spec for AAA build and cruisers will gain more usage. Also....you got hurt badly....i see you have 6 k games and of those 2 k in t6 BS.....how many time did you ONE SHOOT cruiser 1-2 tiers lower than you? (p.s.) cv can not oneshoot you with AP bombs and need 2-3 minute o strike you again...and you load your oneshot ability in 30 sec again

it is hard to say because they all have different playstiles......i still would say IJN are most "universal"....good guns, good torps, good stealth. Second would be RU or France as long range flametrowers and he snipers. USA - specilaised in closer range RN - same as USA but with smoke, oneshoted if spoted KM - t 10 is great, t 9 is good, t8 is crap, t7 is crap, t 6 halfshit yeah..so IJN is still king of cruiser line in my opinion
