It would give direct conter to BBs so the numbers would be lower. Also as radar and aaa is needed cruisers would be in higher demand. Cruisers are now just poor man BBs. Because BBs can do everything cruiser can but just better and they do not have nemesis as all other classes have. No class has so much utility to be selfdependant than BBs and that's why we see so much of them.

Why cruisers would be in bigger problem if BBs lose radar or AAA consumable? cruisers conters CV and DDs

Ooooo one single change could help. Nerf AAA to BBS And remove Radar and aaa consumable from BBs. We have ships for that duty. But than hordes of *Edited could not sail solo......

Indianapolis and Belfasts does that much better. Higher health pool. Stronger AP (indi) and beter stealth Belfast. If anybody lose from Atlanta it is just bad play or epic play of Atlanta
