Also "funny thing" DM who has "heavy" shells have shell of 118 kg which is almost 50% lighter than Moskva. BUT in my limit experience (have DM played moskva on ptr) I would say DM has better penetration on angles. P.s. my bad. It is he shell. Ap is heavier. 152 kg. It explains penetration.....But it does not explain why moskva ap9 and he has same weight but DM ap is so much heavier.

Nobody eaven try to attain serious balance on low tiers. Is it good or bad thing I don't know. But I know that balance on competitive tiers t8 and t 10 is very important. Clanwars in mind

On t 8 some BBs still can be hurt by CV and they can oneshote cruiser. Dds are not an issue on t 8 On t 10 none of BBs can be hurt by CV due to massive AAA increase in all fields. Still can oneshote cruiser. Dds are no as issue on t 10. On t 8 KM BBs and inn at least have some kind of nemesis. In t 10 they do not have. Also radar ships are from t 9 and Now incoming from t 8 (rn) which Ali gains radar + AAA combo on t 10 :):):)):

Game is never balanced on lower ties. Not a single game. Did you play wow? Did balans matter on lvl 30 or on highest level? (just example. Insert any other game)

I don't know. I would not call Montana/Yamato/Kurfurst peeking down. Most babyes play t8 Because they still can earn money eaven potatoing. On t 10 with 40 I dmg they lose 200.000 credits and potato can not aford that

Mate nobody care for low tiers. BBs sucks on t3-4-5 on t 6-7 they are good but on t8 plus their stong side begins to show. AAA getting much stronger. Precision geting much higher. HP pool protect them from devastating stokes combines with heal BBs can not die couple of minutes under heavy focus. They start to gain hydo/radar/Aaa consumables. BBs starts to shine from t 7-8 and blooms on t 10

High tier BBs have great precision. Hiting thing on 15 km with great precision.

Not entire. But we need some start. Than I would reduce acuracy 15+km and give much more autoboince angles on long ranges.
