Well RN cruisers can be viable BUT only in division play where something else gives you smoke. RN cruisers + usa dds are good combo for division play P.s. if you did not like Pensa you will have painfull grind thru NO and Balty :) P.s.2 AP is your friend all the way in usa cruisers

Yes it is balanced by your t6 but still I can feel the pain of OP if he wanna be competitive but he cannot because t5-t6 it looks like is crosrowd now and from t6 ijn domination starts....I was noobing thrue those tiers before strife so not 100% sure of relative ijn/USA balance on t5

Well yes and no. Not all goldy are op. Just look at Eugen:) Also, sadly, KM peek at 5 than goes crap Wr 6 - last 7- almost last 8 - last 9 - middle 10 - middle So in one you are right. T5 is best ship in KM line compared to others and that after buff.....and still that t 5 is good. Not great. So whole KM line is in bad shape. And t 5-8 especially where 2 ships are worst winrate ship and one is secondworst

Pobably biggest problem is that on those tier it is not uncommon to have 2 CV per side and if one is t 6 it dominates air due to strife. Also in just "click" on t 5 Usa dominates due to health, dps and speed advantage (i think they are faster) and with lesser squad ijn can be close to shoot down. Same skill applied Also those low tiers are usa peak time with 1-1-1 :)

Best answer we can five you...rush to t 6.......than you have 2-2-2 and strafe deals with stronger usa fighters while your strike potential is much stronger. Ijn shines from t6 to t10 with only t7 where Saipan can five you problem and where you need to play more defensivly.

Because all others ship (except NO) are much superior to it in any forme and stats and utility (smoke-radar)

It is absolutly average ship and his stats shows that.

KM cruiser line is bad. T 8 is probably worst t 8 cruiser. (last on WR ) Only t9-t10 are good ships

Playing RN cruisers with radar you show your stupidity RU has best radar by range but lower duration, also high tier RU cruisers are long range HE spamers so they play far away. Usa has better stealth than ru, almost double duration of radar, plays in front line (bad balistics)....so answer is clear - usa line is radar line P.s only tier 8 RU has advantage due to bad usa t 8 ship so in any competitive game aka turnament t8 RU will be used

I tested it over 50 battles. It is not wort it. It cost 3 tier 4 skills and it still does low dmg 10k max in 200 hits and still with camping meta you can use it in limited times or you need to rush forward and get focusedkilled first. Tank build still will be much more useful for team and you will live longer and do more dmg (by living longer).....secondaries are nice gimmicks and half usefull but to expensive and too situational and to low dmg to full spec to them (ifhe)

Op did not ask for advice. He claims it is almost broken ship. Also if average potato wows player (stats for ship includes all players from braindead zombies to uniqums) in Kaba has the best wr, dmg, kills...etc than it means Khaba is best ship for all players and not just good ones. There are much more potatoes than good ones so good ones can not push ship stats to first place.

Funny thing about stats for ships and players is - good players all ways have extreme luck with teams so they have 60% winrate and 1600 efficiency while somehow potatoes in theirs 5 k game ALLWAYS gets bad teams so they and go in 45% winrate with 800 eff.....yeah it is just about luck. Same apply on ships, some ships like Khaba by pure luck from introduction lead in EVERY POSSIBLE stats department. Pure luck

Still stronk ship. Before nerfs2 it was imba. It does not need 10 km torps. With 15 km range it is op. 13 km is enough
