    no it does not. but it clearly states that in section 8 of their Legal document they refer transaction between me and them as PURCHASE and they never ever say anything about licence, and as i can see they never define OWNER of Virtula goods.....so ownership is not stated is section of Virtual goods. so licence and ownership of virtual goods are not covered in section 8 which is setion for virtual goods.....now how this does not open doors for legal action agains changed Virtual goods bought by real money? hello pls point me to the Legal document covering virtual goods where they define it is a lease or ownership of goods....also they call it PURCHASE. you wanted facts?

    yep that is WG wiki. in premium shops points you to the wiki for stats!!! so SHOP CONTAINS STATS if i bought it today with this stats and they change it tomorrow i was misled and no matter EULA i can and have any moral right to ask money back from them or from higher authority.....i just don know how nobody recognizes that in today's business big companies always try to diminish shoppers wright wile shoppers fight back in recent years and more and more lawsuits are won by shoppers (or settled peacefully out of court) also, funny thing.,.....they call it PURCHASE OF VIRTUAL GOODS....not lease, licence or anthing but PURCHASE

    i will not sue for 30€ for sure :) about facts - ELUA is just legal agreement that can be disputed and dismissed by higher authority (as any other legal agreement), and you can believe or not believe me that somebody sue and win (even total costs of time is greater than 30 bucks) but that facts does not change the fact that every businesses agreement is subjected on questioning and "cost" to WG in lost trust of customers and potential court proces is just to high for messing with gray area of ELUA and they (at least in couple of last modification) gave back money

    as i stated, you can believe or dont believe, it is not the point, i never ever said that we or anybody will win if try to sue WG (who would do that for 30€?)....point is that model of licence lease business model is very questionable and very suitable for questioning. basically we all agree that you in fact buy ship/camo/flag/premium time and not licence......WG defined it like that for their own protection but we as customers still have right do question and object to situations that are in grey area (and licence fee is definitively grey area). also it is reason why WG do not nerf SHIPS/TANKS/PLANES but nerf smoke, MM, spoting mechanic...all around the ship but not the ship....and when we had drastic change of surrounding the ship (smoke)....they gave refund....so for sure they will give it if they touch ship. stating that ELUA (which we all signed) is definite answer is just wrong, because peoples every day wins over corporations on customer protection law basis (that is hardening in EU). in my country ELUA version of big multinations companies as T-com, P&G, Medical companies were brought down by court. so again, ELUA is not the final answer and they know that and give refund. so to summarize i don't claim anybody will win over them, i state that there are enought holes that you could object to modifiying of goods you paid with real money. also my personal opinion is that nerfing premium ships is just wrong. also in bunch of premiums there are just handful of really op ships, offc there will always be but hurt captains who die from one of them and rush to forum

    it was T26E4 Super Pershing, it was nerfed lets say 3-4 years ago, something with armor...USA subsidiary of our domestic law firm has fanatic (gamer) who did private sue of WG for that and in Cleavland (i think) their court gave first ruling it was discriminating (or simmilar deal) and WG is should get refund if wanted (he did not).....they buffed that tank 1 after (dont think it has anything wit this case, just stating). Ownership of tank was never the issue but value of good that was diminished (not by ussual powercreap but with direct messing with stats), eaven stated in ELUA court dismised is as discriminatory (?) practice.

    National court are not obliged to post every ruling online. Especially civil courts. Sorry I felt mobile operators should brake my 2 year conctract if I would like to change it eaven if I bough mobile phone from them. Their EULA said NO. Court says YES after 2 years (i had nothing to do with it it was group of peoples or eaven state that initiate court) in court. So there is no Buletproof contract and year by year customers laws are harder on companies who sells goods and services

    And that definition can be put to test. I dont know how it is in your country but in mine there is alot of cases where gotta ruled against big multinational corporations for fals advertising, bad business practices, force labor violations and other malpractice. Also if I would try to win over them I would focuse on 2 things: - false advertising. Lets say they put ship in shop with 10 guns. I buy it and they change it to 7 guns ship. Would I buy it if it were 7 guns? Probably no.....fals advertising. - lease/rental. Their version of ownership of virtual goods vs rental of them lacks certain parts like monthly fee. Duration. And so on. We know they can not give you virtual good. Also they will get lost some day. When game dies. But untill then I feel it is mine. Mine as I bought it. Change everything in game. Any mehancis. But don't change the thing I bought/leased/whatever because maybee I don't like it changed and would never ever payed money. Fight against release of new OP ships. Don't touch ones that are outside. Ban prwmuims from competitive game. Withdraw them from sale. I am fine. Just don't touch them. Also I am fine with lease deal. Lets say expected lifetime of this game is 10 years. They change ship after 1 year. I am fine paying lease for 1 year. Bring back 90% of lease back to me in real money.

    OP post is pure rant. But you do not nerf sold goods. You fight that new product are not OP. But if we look greater picture. A) they put 10€ monthly fee B) they milk money from strong or OP gold ship What is prefered scenario? And no. 80% sale is lost in gold ships if they don't bring some benefits more than silver (which is not a problem in this game) or capt exp (which again is no problem with introduce of captain free exp)

    Competent lawyer could make them sweet a lot. First case. False advertising/fraud. They test ships for months. They get reports from neutral beta testers. They test it again. It is proces of half year. They put it on sale as tested ship. And they nerf it. It is pure case of misleading advertising for purpose of seling thing. In other interpretation it is a fraud. You test your product. You got feedback. You stand behind it. You do not change it. If you do after all tests you in purpose bait peoples to buy thing you know you will diminish value soon So yes. We have ELUA but we also have solid case of fals advertising and fraud.

    it is not wort for you couse you know crap about law.....simply this ELUA can be beaten in any cort of EU law if somebody wants it.....there are no single strong point that can defend this agreement as rental/licence....because eaven in rental/licence agreement you can not change things under agreed lease/licence agreement period.....and licence/lease fee and duration must be agreed BEFORE purchase. or in imaginary case they can sold you t8 ship and next day change it to T1....and go away with ELUA and licence agreement...no way...maybe 10 years ago in Russia or Africa....but this goods are sold on EU ground and by that EU law apply.

    agreement is brot down once by EU cort....thats why they give refund...you know you can sign slavery agreement but it will be overturn easily..... premium ships deal is pure purchase, not a rental and they can not defend that in any custumers protection laws. on other hand premium time is classic lease deal..... if you buy lets say 100 flags for free exp bonus and they change it to lets say +1 knot speed....did they rob you in that deal...or you just RENTED that flags?

    small sample of battles + those kind of DDs usualy attract peoples who knows how to play....it is not T8 BBs which is magnet for zombies :) it is one of best t7 DDs becaue of health + stealth + fast reload solid (german solid) torpedos.....but but it can not cary games as Belfast, Kutuzov, Atago, Black, Saipan, LoYoung....which are trully OP ships. why he can not cary as other truly OP ships? Low DPS, bad manuverability, hydro is more defensive tool than offensive (4,4 km...not "gamebraker" as LoYoung). i bet SIMS guns it down in knives fight so it is strong....not purely OP
