dont get buthurt....you really have 0 games in cv while while my WR is 57,5 and yours is 56,8.....so....yeah. but it is not stats war.....you just can not get full insight in ship if you do not play it or as in case of CV have duel against him. i dueled GZs and it is just so easy to shut him down.....just dont get headonstrafed and you win on klick agains him....his low reserves of fighters means than in couple of minutes he can get totally depleted of fighters and than you absolutely control battlefield.

  6. this is not EU tos...ffs 8.2 The following provisions apply to the purchase of Virtual Goods. To purchase Virtual Goods, you need to have an Account. a) To conduct a purchase of Virtual Goods at the Site, you have to click on the "Get Gold" button. Once you get to our premium shop you can then choose the Virtual Goods, which you would like to purchase. The respective price in Euro, US-Dollar or the currency applicable to your region, for the Virtual Good you would like to purchase, will be displayed. You then may choose a payment method and enter your respective payment details. The total amount of a purchase may be adjusted by adding a fee, if any, applicable to the payment method you selected and for mandatory tax payments, if any, required by law. If adjusted, the total amount of the purchase will be recalculated automatically and displayed before you confirm the purchase. If your payment is in a currency other than that of the purchase amount shown on the website, the exchange rate applied on the payment date will depend on the selected payment method. b) Before you confirm your purchase by clicking on the "Purchase Now" button (or a likewise conspicuously labelled button concluding the purchase process), or by fulfilling another action required (e.g. sending a message, etc.), you will have the opportunity to review your purchase details, i.e. the particular Virtual Goods including its amount, if applicable, and respective total price including all taxes, and to correct any errors. To correct any errors you should go back to our premium shop, e.g. by clicking on the "Back" button of your browser. c) By clicking the "Purchase Now" button (or the likewise conspicuously labelled button concluding the purchase process), or by fulfilling another action required (e.g. sending a message, etc.), you are sending an order to us to purchase the confirmed amount of Virtual Goods. If you have provided valid payment details within your Account, we will process your order. You will be notified of our acceptance or denial of your order by us on your screen within a few minutes from the moment of clicking the "Purchase Now" button (or the likewise conspicuously labelled button concluding the purchase process) or fulfilling the respective other action required (e.g. sending a message, etc.). d) In case we accept your order, we will directly thereafter credit the purchased Virtual Goods to your Account and we will charge you via the selected payment method. You will also receive a confirmation of your purchase via e-mail, containing the contract details (the "Purchase Contract") and these Terms of Service. Other than that, we will not store the Purchase Contract text and wording and it will not be accessible to you after conclusion of the Purchase Contract. e) The Purchase Contract will be concluded in the language of the country where you live, or in the English language, unless otherwise provided under the applicable consumer protection law.
  7. sure. 1 - no where in ToS they say that they can change Virtual goods - pls link me that text )not your interpenetration of some other textr where you believe they talk about Virtual goods) 2 - if you believe that multinational companies agreements are fair and can not be changed you just dont live in real word aka you must be young

  14. Yes. Some thanks did not get +-2 as other tank. But +-1 while on same tier as tanks who got +-2. T We have that in ships also but whole tiers get +-1 so there is no discrimination between silver and gold ships. Also it is not good to compare tanks and ships because WG changed logic in premiums. In tanks they regularly were stock (weaker) versions of silver tanks while in wows gold ships are as good as silver ones or better.
  15. It is your interpretation. Section 8 never ever mention word Content. Same as Section 7 never ever mention word goods. It would be so easy to finish Section 8 with - all rules from Section 7 apply to Virtual goods -and than we would not have this discussion. Or Virtual goods are part of Content. But that is just not stated in there. And in law if it is not stated it does not exist and only Court is eligable for interpretation and "reading betwean lines"
  16. Show me where is defined that Virtual goods are part of Content.... 7.1 The Services contain a lot of content, including, but not limited to software, technology, text, forum posts, chat posts, profiles, widgets, messages, links, e-mails, music, sound, graphics, pictures or video materials, as well as the design and appearance of our Sites and the Games (the "Content"). Some parts of the Content may only be accessible online and/or require using keys or codes, serial codes and/or online authentication of any kind and in-game achievements in order to be unlocked. 8.1 The Services may permit you to purchase virtual items, virtual currency (so-called "Gold") or time-limited premium memberships (virtual items, virtual currency and premium memberships together "Virtual Goods"). not a single word that Virtual goods are under Content....why would they type section 8 if everything was covered by Section 7? if Virtual goods are just part of Content?
  17. show me where it is stated so....
  18. not a single word of that in Virtual goods part. while the Content is lease, they sold Virtual goods.... In Content part not a single mention of Virtual goods, so naturally those are two different thing. On Virtual goods part they in detail explain what they are, how you PURCHASE them and it is clear that they are different from content. Content has their own rules and it is free, while Virtual goods have their own set of rules and are not free...so they distinct them and finally in chapter of Virtual goods they never put them under Content by all Content and Virtual goods are two different things and in not a single word they put one in other, you can try to interpret that Virtual goods are also Content but that is interpretzatin that has no direct backing into EU ToS
  19. wtf are talkig about?? 8.1 The Services may permit you to purchase virtual items, virtual currency (so-called "Gold") or time-limited premium memberships (virtual items, virtual currency and premium memberships together "Virtual Goods"). you pasted something totaly different...gert your crap together oh...voila.....thatz is why he pasted stuff that is difeeren from mine...so for our frined 8.1 The Services may permit you to purchase virtual items, virtual currency (so-called "Gold") or time-limited premium memberships (virtual items, virtual currency and premium memberships together "Virtual Goods"). 8.2 The following provisions apply to the purchase of Virtual Goods. 20. Nop. Section 7 is about copyright Section 8 about Virtual goods. When you buy Nike snickers you do not get rights to logo, design, and so on.....but you own the good. That is section 7 and section 8.
  21. i think exchangeable in that section means you can not change ship z for ship x...but still they refer to Applicable law....and law in each country is different as mr @_Helmut_Kohl_ nicely poited out
  22. Section 7 is not talking about virtual goods. Section 8 does, and they are not refundable, same as your car is not refundable after a year....but if they took 2 wheels from it you have all right to sue them and i bet you would win :)
  23. and what agreement says about ownership? also IMPORTAN THING, i think they refer here that DOMESTIC consumers protection law is law that apply to this Legal document...and this Legal document needs to subordinate to domestic law in part of consumer protection...in Germany as you say there is no ownrship definde...in Croatia there is and i bet you that this writen document gives me the ownership of goods (virtual or real)
  24. if we talk about 8.3 e part "we can update or change virtual goods available for purchase.....".....i think they refer to availability and not stats of Virtual goods. and for sure if they talks about stats it is so badly written it for sure opens big big loop for skill lawyer to play around that....especial because they never say that ownership is not yours and by common practice when you PURCHASE thing you get ownership too..... so by this agreement it apply that ownership of purchased good is mine.....and changing paramaters of purchaseg goods after purchase is....again...open for "attack" aespecialy while they do not cover part of "updating virtual goods" very well
  25. that does not say a thing about changing parameters of virtual goods...only their availability aka they can remove it from shop anytime and i quoted you EULA....they never ever say that i dont own it, or that they can change it
