It is not that i do not like noobs, but i do not like that WG does not even try to raise skill of players by any means available. WG is dooing oposite, easing game to almost arcade playstily. Changing AP is hard - introduce BBS that are infact working better with HE It is hard to avoid torps - introduce hydro, spotting range of torps, spread of them CV play is complex - lets rework it to arcade It is hard to angle - lets introduce heal that heals citadel hits and so on. -
55 k dmg....buff plox.

problem is that alot of operations are not "sutable" for some of class. Offc if you could do 200 k dmg in T6 ship it would yeald alot of EXP..but there were some of operation with much less pew pew and much more drive around. and CV in design are not very good for DMG printing in PVE. Or better to say other classes are much better for it.....when last time you got 247k dmg in t6 dd? on randoms :). To cv dmg dealing is almost the same in PVE and PVP...even some bots better evade torps than peoples :)

There are no premium that wins by itself.....but peoples always like to be in "op" ships...and to be honest on every tier on tops are premiums -

I agree that most players are "casual" in most games....but in case of WOW you can not see endgame if you are casual. And most are OK wit that, not to see top dungeons. And not to forget WOW in "subscription" type of gameplay...so they denie paying customers top content. I why you can not? What would be the reason for that? Money? Maybe that move would increase money because players would start to buy OP ships to reach "trashold" . -

well you can "limmit" them to lower tiers untill they do not pass some mark of WR PR or combination. WOW is best example how limiting player works and nobody is frustrated....you do not have gear with xy stats on it, you can not enter dungeon..period. -
on my 3k mark of games i was @49%wr.....you know, the guy who dies first screeming on others how they are "cowards" and not pushing solo into 5 enemies. Than i decide i do not wanna be potato....there are alot of ways to learn....in my experience is to find clan and play divisions with guys who are bette than you and learn along the way. It is double benefit...you learn from better who have will to help you and to point to your mistakes + your stats will go up if you play as 3 man team...i mean 45% to be honest is kinda bad.

Back to t7-8 for more experiwnce. Tx is not place for learning game. Also for your first tx BBS don't go full secondaries build. Go for tank build. -

Still there are thing that could fix some problem and we talked about it: - range (only reason why not to implement it is that average player can have "fun" aka easing the game for them) - AP bombs (new CW is death of thousands cuts, alot of fast small dmg, while RTS was more APLHA monsters, and you give AP bombs that actualy can do 30k + DMG??? wtf why?) - Spotinr range - i do not see why spoting could not work like in WOT....radiorange? all 3 stuffs do not undermine new concept but could solve some of bigger problems

ok, so we are guessing here. still do you know why and how did they let some trully OP ships to be so long in game like Belfast, old Saipan, Gulio etc ets....my point....WG dooing some stuff bad and we try to find logic behind it :) back to topic, which for sure is not how WG decide what to buff or nerf, but how classes are working in live. And i do not see better available stats other than average performance of ship and back to CVs, in my opinion buffing AAA is not a part of solution becasue AAA in fact works like armor...reduces dmg you get...and CV right now do not do exceeded amount of dmg.

and how do you mesure it so you decide who is dooing solid dmg and who is fire dmg?....EXP do not work here because it is not base exp not in myple not in wowstats?

I do not see that as only logical explanation especial because your logic is - even if some ship is dooing bad in general playerbase WG could think it is OK because top players are dooing stronk in it. - but problem is that lets say Montana is "worst" BBs on average stats, but also she performs worst in uniqum hands. If you look top players from BBs class you would see Montana flops there too. I will post top 3 averages Republiqe: - 167, 163, 162 Montana - 155, 153, 148 Yamato - 203, 161, 159 Conq - 183, 181, 177 Bourg - 176, 175, 171 Kreml - 170, 161, 159 Do yo usee that Montana lacks in uniqum hands the same as she lacks in average hands.

I never clamed that class average matters. I always posted single ship stats. I never posted that average of lets say tx cv is xy. I always was talking on what place is single ship from some class. Big E is strongest CV on t8. But it is not strongest t8 ship. Average score of single ships shows us that. About conq, as usual, WG did not wanna admit they created monster. Now they are putting it onto place. But they did buff KM secondaries :) I do not know why they do not help USA ones. They will die when RU sniper gets out.

E is highest WR CV, highest EXP earner on t8 bracket, in short by far best premium CV in game. They have 5 premium CVs of t 8 (rn in making). It is not wierd that they remove best of them. Intraclass Big E dominate others. Well as conqueror was over a year top dmg ship in game and was dethroned by premium one and RU it is easy to understand why she is nerfed. USA ones. Especially Montana is lacking compare to other BBs and it will do something about it sooner or later.

Average stats shows how most players plays certain ship/class. if 10.000 peoples do 50.000 k dmg in ship and 10 do 100.000 k dmg in that ship, we can say that most players who will encountered that ship can expect 50.000 dmg. Balance=average performance of ships in game. You can not call someting unbalanced because single player can do great thing with it, while 100 go extremly bad in it. Balance=current state of ships and their perormance in game. And game performance is performance of ALL PLAYERS. (not 5%) But as said before, i can agree you have different definition of balance.

Looking for help to improve vs CVs - dodging attacks

If you are on open without place to hide, you will have hard time against CVs....but not all is lost :) If you know what you are dooing, dodging his torps is not that hard, they are slow 40 knots most. Crosdrop is not an option if you do not mess up...so if you got hit by torpedo it is your fault AP bombs - well ignore....HE....allways try to show him your broadside....do not let him hit you from back or front.....elipsed drop patern helps RNG be on your side. ROCKETS - totaly differen of BOMBS, DO NOT SHOW HIM BROADSIDE...try to make him hit you front/back......rockets are hardest to avoid....if you are solo, he will get good position and strike you, but if yo uare in AAA cover he will not be able to manuvre much to get into good position...but in general...rockets will do dmg.
