Those 3 ships never had dual purpose main armament before the latest patch. With the way the game is now buffing them to have dual purpose armament is needed the same is true for all DD's of tier 6 and above though.

So apart from an Italian cruiser line what other nations could have one? I've seen people talk about commonwealth, South American and Dutch lines but for the first 2 the are mostly renamed British, US and Dutch cruisers and seem better suited to premiums than trying to get a full line out of them.

I'm crap at the game and I find the tier 5 and 6 great in the BB meta thanks to the long range, rear armament and good shell velocity. Sail to about 13km from a BB turn around and sail away peppering it with HE and repeat.

Dutch cruiser tree? The Netherlands don't have the ships to do anything more than the odd premium. This is a nation who only built 18 destroyers across 3 classes between WW1 and WW2 combined. The last Dutch cruiser class De Zeven Provinciën which wasn't even commissioned to the 1950's would struggle at tier 6 unless it got extra consumables being basically a Leander without torpedoes or secondary armament.

British heavy cruisers so that's tier 5-7 then at best. All 3 classes where commissioned by 1931 or earlier and made the Pensacola look well armoured.

Well the US cruiser line from tier 6-10 could easily be split into light and heavy cruisers but for the UK and Japanese lines I guess it would have to be low to mid tier only and even then the difference's wouldn't be much.

I have fully upgraded independence fighters and 2 squads of 6 against 1 Ryujo fighter squad and I'm losing 8+ fighters and having no ammo left to do anything else.
