Indeed but you really should understand the concept of making ships have strengths and weaknesses leading to different roles and this is what he is talking about.

Sure there are these people, particularly those without SSDs and losing 1-2 mins of game time (i.e. after the 1 min countdown), but I draw the line at the guy who claimed he had a slow load in when it said 14 mins on the clock. That guy got a report....

Saw Jellopie last night on our team. I was platooning with Loran_Battle and BadGene616. So 4 forumites all on the same team. Easy win right? Nope! Jellopie asked for help pushing down the East flank on North with his Amagi. He was the opposite flank to us and got no help and met at least 3 ships including a Kagero and died relatively early. But not before me and another guy - I managed 5k damage in my Tirpitz and died first It was crazy. I was slightly ahead of Loran and there was 2 tier 8 BBs in front. I didn't want to be there but waited no more than 30 seconds to start my turn post incoming fire. But in that 30 seconds a further 2 tier 8 BBs appeared and some cruisers. That turn hurt me so very much. Think I ate a torp, repaired and in the end got citadelled (perhaps a couple of times), and eventually set on fire with many ships shooting at me. This sounds like justification and it is in a small part but I shouldn't have been there and I screwed up massively - my problem was that with each passing second I wanted to be there so much less and less! The 3 early losses on our team was the start of a collapse. Props to Loran who dragged our loss from embarrassing to respectable with some very good defensive play... but it was too much to ask of anyone in all honesty and their weight of numbers meant they had little problem forcing constant target switching. In a further attempt at not sounding totally hopeless I feel I want to point out that was our first loss in the 6 games we played together -
Perhaps a future game mode would restrict ships to 1 of each name?

Observation about "kill stealing" during active missions.

I perhaps didn't detail my imaginary scenario well enough - I imagined it ending up being a 2v2 situation but my main point was that people will complain regardless of the mission type. There could easily be situations where team-mate A is not directly threatened by low health enemy X although you are and as such they shoot at full health enemy Y instead. The problem is that as soon as you have missions where 2 people are striving for the same goal you will end up with people complaining of stealing and not team playing... except for winning - that is just affected by bots, AFKers idiots and RNG -
A lot of all he posts looks to me like showing off with a thin veneer of helpfulness daubed on top as justification.

Excellent video. Just bought the Nicholas as I left for work this morning and was wondering about the losing a turret for B hull... but I hadn't noticed the RoF increase but I'll be sticking the B hull on when I get home. -
105k exp on it. Need 115k exp for the Fubuki. The Hatsuhari not terrible but it is rather lacklustre...

...until the first whine threads when someone dies to a low health DD because the BB switched to shooting a full health target that was less of a threat. Tell me it wouldn't <be perceived to> happen? -
Please read the rest of my posts in this thread. I made it clear that these videos were all I could find showing the previous configurations and actually I thought it would not exist in that format as a premium.

It will be interesting what they do with the Takao. I know nothing of ARP, but I am curious how they plan to integrate essentially a free tier 8 ship into the game, particularly if it matches the best performing tier 8 cruiser. Although, perhaps they don't see it as an issue since we have the Myoko already. -

It exists and is modelled. It is by far the easiest option to put it back in game as opposed to modelling something new and by now you should expect WG to take the easy option...

Start firing full salvoes. You trying to adjust to create a spread is a waste of time, and if the enemy starts turning when they see the first shells fire then by the time your last shells fire he will be turning and by the time they arrive he won't be there. Dispersion is perfectly capable of creating a crazy spread without your interfering.

That is defo speculation - it is the loadout it had in CBT but that is not the same as the premium having it.

It used to be 6. But the vid I just watched on youtube had it with 1 fighter, 2 TB and 1 DB squadron... and I can't imagine it would field that nowadays. If it did you would have to think it would seriously outperform the independence...

Yea sorry I was a little flippant, but the fact remains they have a standard IJN citadel i.e. huge. The heal does help with this so focussed fire becomes more of a 'thing' I guess - you want them to go down and stay down. Another fatal flaw for the Atago is me captaining it
