I have exactly the same problem. And, unfortunately, it's not the first time. It did the same on every update :/. Dose this mean that I have to re-download the game every time WG is making an update to the game?! It's getting frustrating already.... :/ Not to mention that every time this happens and I try to close the game, it blocks my whole PC. I have to log out and in again to the computer. You really do a good job WG, but you should also fix your small problems, before releasing something to the public.

I updated the game to 0.4.0 and now I can't log in anymore. It says faild to connect to server. I try to log in for the last 2.5 hours :/ Anybody knows what's all about? Thx Now it's next day morning and still can't connect. :/ I uninstaled and downloaded the game again. Pls someone give me an answer, this is geting frustrating

thank you very much for the reply. My router & firewall was OK. Everything was working; browsing, WoT, WoWp etc... I think the server was overcrowded Anyway finally I managed to login!! Thx again
