If you read ToS, you should read everything. Like this part. So no, you never had a right of withdrawal for santa crates. WG offering a refund is not the same as excercising your right of withdrawal and therefore the 14 days from the ToS do not apply here. There obviously will be a limit on how long WG can take with a refund, but in this case it is not stated in the ToS. In the end WG did not break there own ToS here.

Twitch Drops, anyone else not getting them?

That is a known issue on Twitch. If there are channel specific drops and you watch two different channels at the same time, it can happen that the drop will not work. -
