Since the patch I am finding that the Halland's front gun turret can no longer fire straight ahead. The reticle dims and when attempting to fire it just says unable to aim in this direction. Seems to need to be 10 degrees either side to work...

My clan mates suggestion has actually been tried, before Clan Battles when there was an identical mode called Team battles it worked exactly as described. My previous clan got many of its members from people who matched in that way. Sure, you never knew what you were going to end up with but I would be quite happy with it again, not least because it was a great way to add folk to the clan.

No I am not saying I want to complete the convoy missions, I know I won't and have all of those T6 ships anyway. I am saying some players will be unable to start the convoy missions in the first place or may only get a day or so to go at them. I really feel most of you didn't bother reading my post and just jumped on the 'How dare you have any issues with this game' train. Hiding behind the argument of 'Don't complain 'cos anything you get is free anyway' is exactly why WG feels it can treat the EU server worse then the other regions, it also knows EU players are the most likely to buy whatever Premium ships they churn out. Anyway done arguing on this, the official forums seem to just not suffer criticism and that is not good for a game.

You are still missing the perfectly valid point. The Graf Spee is available to everyone BUT you cannot get it until at least the 9th, some days later if you are not playing all day every day. This means many players will not be able to take part in the Santa's convoy missions as they end on the 18th, the same day the Graf missions end. Basically what I am saying is open up the Graf missions early so we can have a go at the Convoy. It is clear criticism of WG is now welcome here so leaving you all to it.

Again, its not about wanting free stuff, I keep a premium account and have a number of premium ships. I have spent a fair bit in this game, far more than the cost of several AAA titles. The issue here is a whole chain of missions which we are meant to feel 'spoilt' for finally getting but which require a specific premium ship to actually begin. It's basically 'Play this festive themed mission as a thank you for supporting us but make sure you buy a £16 ship first because without it you can't. Still if the players here are happy to be used as a cash cow to fund other regions then good luck with that.

Or you could check the stats website and see we are in fact different people. What a pointless ignorant reply, if you don't have a problem with WG's behaviour then fine but don't start flinging accusations because you cant take someone criticising WG.

So the Santa's convoy first task requires you to have a Graf Spee meaning unless you pay for the ship you have been working hard to earn in the Xmas missions you cant play the convoy until sometime after the 9th. If you have a job and can only play an hour a day then you are screwed. Did the other regions require A graf Spee to take part I wonder... Either way it was a kick in the nuts not giving us the campaign to begin with and a further kick locking it behind a paywall. No more money from this EU player.
