thank u all very much.. and another question.. like on tanks i see we have captains here.. but as i seen on prifle on higher lvl i will be able to do stuff with them.. so here also we train captains?

Hi all, new player to world of warships.. but i am old player on tanks and warplanes.. Just wanted to ask.. now on event i get camos but my profile is only lvl 6 so do i get them since they unlock for my profile on lvl 9 or so... will they stay in my inventory till i am able to use them and any other stuff i get before i unlock? thanks in advance
