Yes, there are problems with the external sound. The sync is not perfect and is very depending from your hard disk access time speed and the video length (dont know why). The 1st trailer is short and sync its good. The 2nd is more legthy and with ssd i find that there is 99% synced. I made also the "wait for me" video+sound but the sync is very bad. But now you know what to do to make a sound for your video :)

Yes you missed Now the sound must be in an external file (wem). Follow this tutorial to convert your wav file to wem. Make 3 copies of the file and put them in res_mods/0.7.x.x/banks Check my topic to see the names for your 3 copies (download an example to see file names and folders). Good luck

Run the modpack. Choose the mods you want. Press next and tick the upper 2 choices. Press finish but DONT DO ANYTHING until the X disappears from the windows taskbar. It might take a few minutes if your pc is slow. When the X disappears open your game and enjoy it.

You have a usm file with internal sound that doesn't play? That's the case?

I think it depends on your resolution and your window size (if you play it in a window). Scroll with the mouse roller and you ll see them all.

25% will be faster. 50% will be better visually.

For the side panels i dont know where is the original mod posted to report it. For the ribbons i will later at home change the resolution to check it.

Also the small ribbons isn't align well. It cuts 2 digits. Check the upper right corner

Same crash is happening to me also in 2 different pc's after the last patch. Also noticed that it happens usually when i am alt-tabbed with the ship just sitting in port.

To be honest i played the game very shortly in training room just to see your problems, but except those you mentioned i experienced the graphic glitch in the screenshots. In 2 different pc's double tap the number 7 to focus in the last squad of Shokaku (6th squad), doesn't work. This is happening for many patches and not after the last patch.

I might have good news for you. At least i hope ! I have tried to make a fix for the problems you mentioned. Download it and extract it to res_mods/0.7.2.1 folder and replace the files when asked. I believe the smoke problem and the gun/torp hit glow will gone. Unfortunately i have found more glitches in the mod than those you mentioned, but its not my job (or Aslain's) to fix them. You have to send a msg to the author of this mod if you have more problems (or if the fix is not a fix ) Tell me if the fix worked for you. Compressed_textures_25_fix.zip

To be honest i have top hardware and i dont use it. Downloaded it just to check it. It might affect the performance , but if it fixes your problem you can try recovering the files by small groups and checking until you find which files are causing the glitch. At the end if the problem is caused by 2-3 files , recovering and having all the other files in place except those 2-3 , i dont think the performance impact will be noticeable.

Try to delete the res_mods/0.7.2.1/ particles/animated folder. That should fix the smoke/rain problem.

Next to PLAY button in the launcher, there is a little down arrow. Press it and you will see.

If you dont like "noobs" and you think they are destroying the game, stop playing multiplayer games and move to single player games. Everyone have the right to play and have fun. A hardcore gamer, a casual player, an eternal "noob" ....

It says Unsuitable version. Might be a misspell in the installer as it says: Installer is intended for 7.0.0 (and not 0.7.0)

I have allready posted a mod that contained an edited global.mo and it was approved.
