Don't know. Don't have Hindenburg, and as I mentioned, didn't encounter a good player, that really put me down. Roon is performing well, and recently it took 1st place on tier IX CA's, so it might be right. Hindenburg suffers from bad camo - each of your opponents can close to you undeteced and choose a best angle to engage (if he wish to engage at all), which might hinder Hindenburgs performance with heavy CA and DD meta. But I said few times already and I'll repeat it here. Des is #1 CA killer in game. Fast, good camo, great RoF and good AP penetration and damage. If you can close the distance, you will win any encounter.

It's not a single game. Checked how Flamu is doing on Des today, and he's doing very well in 13 games. But like I said, currently meta is shifting to few BB, larger numbers of CA and DD's - which helps Des a lot. Which in fact is a good thing, but doesn't change overall situation. If, CV's will show some in-game presence soon, the DD number will drop, BB numbers will go up, and Des will still have the same shitty issues it has.

Currently it's better - more CA and DD's per game. Since the massive influx of DD players, the number of BB's went down - which helps Des moines a lot. Let us know how you fare against 6 BB, or divison of 3 Yamatos, that's where Des have it's issues. I have no problem bashing Zao, or killing DD's from 10 km (if someone can spot them for me). But BB's? That's a real nuisance and it's getting ridiculous sometimes. So, while Des is great against CA and DD, Zao can add bashing BB's to that, with fair chance of success. Watched the video, yeah man, first of all - good job. Second, the vid is about fighting CA's with Des Moines, which is easy mode When it comes to fight BB's that's where all the flaws are visible. You need to stay at long range - bad shell arc and speed screws your dmg output. BB can pen you at any angle, whenever wherever. Your dmg is totally mitigated by BB HP replenish - this is becoming also very frustrating. I can't even count the times, that I engaged 8k HP Yamato, only to see him pop HP replenishment, and I couldn't finish him , he got HP faster then I dmg him Kudos to you though for good game!

I disagree. From my Iowa games, there is no need for CA's. 26 sec reload, great ballistics, massive oomph, good speed, decent mobility, impressive AA. Want faster reload? Take Khabarovsk or Gearing. CA are redundant.

Thats not a problem, check attachements. However, my point is: we're willing to play that game nevertheless, if we can contact and establish a date with BAD-A. That's the whole point of this league - to play. So if any BAD-A captain from different tiers is checking this thread, could you let know anyone from tier V to contact us?

Hello, We tried to contact BAD-A to play our game scheduled for this week, unfortunately with no success. If the liga org allow it, we can play 2 games in the incoming week, however, if it's not allowed, I would like to ask how we should proceed? Do we win with walkover, or do both of the teams receive 0 points? Regards

Their gamestyle doesn't affect their popularity, unless it's totall thrash or overpowered to maximum. And they are fragile? Khabarovsk and Udałoj are fragile?

Człowieku. Phoenix porażka? Strzelać działami po kolei? W ogóle wszystko. Nie, po prostu nie.

First of all, it's mostly because people are very hungry for new premium ships. Second of all, cause it's a tier VIII premium - second best in terms of sale (tier V being the best cost effective). And third, cause it's a fine ship. Warspite and Atlanta are not considered to be the best of the best ships in the game. Murmańsk, Nikolai and Gremyaszczy are. So, 3 fo 3 ships from lulzworthy Soviet Navy are considered very good/OP in the game. How do you think 4th ship will perform? (we also have Diana and Aurora, but they are low level ships, hence mostly a flavour ships if anything). Popularity of the GE CA vs RU DD shows what the community thinks about glorious supreme Soviet Masterrace - not particularly interested in grinding about a 1/4 battles are played with Russian/Soviet ships compared to GE CA's, and that's averages, because the lower the tiers, the more massive the difference. When GE BB will hit the servers we can expect a MASSIVE influx of players. When RU CA/BB will appear, we can expect mediocre increase -it's new, shiny, but, oh well, Soviet WWII ships - lulz, who cares. RN ships will propably have similar impact as GE BB - a very high influx of players. Personally, I don't care about RU DD's, but when they will release RN CA's - boy o boy, I'm getting my holidays from work.

Well, I'm also waiting for one Roon or Hindi player handing me my butt. However, I got few pretty scary hits from Roon and Hindi, but all were when I was distracted. 1 vs 1 was always ending with my Des sailing into the sunset. GE CA seems like a very nice support class. Not that they can't dish damage on their own, but they work best when they can pick their targets. Long range and good shell ballistics also seem to kinda confirm it. BTW, let me show you how my last fight with Roon (also a Des Moines, Mogami and Ibuki) ended:

Des Moines is a good ship. It has the potential, in some aspects it's much more dangerous then it's counterparts. On the other hand, it requires a lot of skill, and patience - much more then Hindi and Zao. It took me around 50 battles to get my Des skills high enough to be a "carry" for my team. I went from 46% win rate and 75k average dmg, to 61% win rate and 90k average dmg currently, so it surely has a potential. Right now I'm finishing my US BB grind, after which I'll either grind US DD's or free exp Yorck and get that Roon rolling.

I wouldn't go with invisible shooting. I would go with IFA and then just focus on BoS, Jack of all trades, and High Alert. But I think Hindenburg might throw Zao of the throne. Which of course is [edited]. They should buff Des and Hindi, not nerf Zao - this is just so ridiculous. But, what can you do right?
