Well, when WG specifically made it so each side has a CV makes this kind of discussion pretty pointless eh? Not to mention, that if you played in CBT we had such situations then. One side 1 CV, other side 0 CV. One side 2 CV, other side 1 CV. And we still could play, but it was a bit disbalanced, and CV's were a bit more potent then, especially Essex and Midway, or IJN full strike setups. So WG made a mirror MM change and nobody protested against it. The problem with those kind of presentation, is that they are biased at the beginning. Would you take Des Moines if you knew enemy team had 11 DD's? Would you take Shimakaze if you knew enemy team had 11 Yamatos? It's the same kind of pre set arguments, flawed at it's base. Even so, on randoms? At tier VIII I would think twice about Shokaku instead of Benson or Tirpitz or other BB. You're arguing CV's are OP, cause to neutralize them you need to play a bit "like a team". But BB's which takes minutes to sink while under coordinated fire from few ships is ok? I posted a similar vid when I was fighting in Montana vs 5 ships and CV, and almost killed them all with a small help from my CV (he turned one Moskwa with planes).

Aight, so just to show a bit how [edited] some arguments here used are. Basically, I'm hearing all the time, that if you are alone and CV finds you, then that's it. You just die and that's that. So I made a few tests with a friend of mine. Montana vs Hakuryu mostly, and North Carolina vs Shokaku. In Montana vs Hakuryu, the CV needed only 3 strikes to actually sink me, which corresponded to around 7 - 8 minutes of playing. My Montana isn't even build full AA, I only have AFT and range module for AA on it. Therefore, with BFT and Manual AA, Montana would be unsinkable for CV. Now, Hakuryu is the only CV, that actually is "almost" as powerfull as they should be. So, what does it mean? It basically means, that the most powerfull CV in the game needs 3 strikes, which takes him almost half of the game, to sink a single, decently played BB. There are variations, like better torpedo protection, worse AA, better AA, better mobility etc. So, yeah. However, I find this fragment the most hilarious and I love it! Oh damn, you were talking about CV's! But isn't it describing BB's best?

Well, I'm kinda dissapointed. I like Monarch, she look's nice, should also be playable with nice 3/3/3 setting. Those masts also looks like they have radars, so the OP factor of a BB is doubled here, so nice. However, the first iteration of the tech tree looked "just right". Nelson on tier VII, with other 406 mm ships, and then unique KGV on tier VIII, with two Lion and Lionlike projects following. I mean, I don't get why playing with soft stats to make the guns comparable is so hard? We already have guns which penetration values varies from overall model. Why not just give 356 mm guns the actuall pen value of 381? You were testing it right? What was the problem? KGV is a one of the most beautifull ship, and putting her on tier VII is disapointing. She will miss most ranked season propably, most competitive stuff, and will just feel out of place on tier VII. She will basically be a ship "you grind through". I don't have much problems with "fictional" ships, mess in tech trees (as long as they make sense. occasional shift in gameplay due to some unique stuff on certain tier is a nice distraction - Mogami 155 vs 203), and I don't care much about name. But, I can understand such arguments and I don't really see reason why you can't keep it as it were? Monarch as premium tier VIII would be actually pretty nice. Unique stuff, worth buying. And KGV would be famous ship on tier VIII - worth playing. Sad Blobsiq :<

How do you make that build work BlackTorp is beyond me. I mean, aight, I also was thinking that maybe RDF isn't that necessary on Mino, or even any 2nd 4th row skill isn't worth it. But 3 row 1 skills? Bigger smoke? What the...? But, I think it's more a testimony to the fact, that captain skills doesn't matter that much when you're a good player. Overall, will try this too, as it seems interesting. Maybe it's better then mine.

You're wrong. It will increase significantly. There will be of course a massive BBfest at tiers 3 - 4, mild BB fest at tiers 5 - 6, and again a massive increase at tiers 7 - 9 due to "legendary" status of the ships themselves. Now we have 41% playerbase choosing BB for their battles. Two weeks after release I expect it to break 45% for higher tiers, and slowly creeping to 50%, which should be by then mostly stable, with very slow increase over time. Will it "break" the game? No. Will it clog MM? Yes. Will it screw cruisers and destroyers even more? Yes. Will it further push the game to the unfun, boring and disbalanced side? Yes. Will more camping occur? Yes. Wil the BB [edited] admit their class is too strong and without counter? Hell no.

Nah. Wbicie 5tki zajęło mi 71 bitew, więc niezbyt dużo. Jakbym grał tylko Perthem/Leandrem to pewnie bym się zmieścił w 50 - 60, więc bez specjalnego wysiłku. A było naprawdę parę fajnych bitewek, choć jakoś mniej niż w zeszłym sezonie. W sensie takich emocjonujących. Ale rankedy są fajne, dużo lepsze niż randomy.
