But you need to take angle into account. Basically, US CA's have the best penetration. That's for sure. But the angle at which you hit armour is better in Zao and Hinden, which, all in all, works better then US CA's. On close range, broadside to broadside, US CA comes on top, but in each other case I think Zao and Hinden looks better. However, a trend I noticed recently. Tier X games are seeing less and less BB's er game. 3 is the most common, 6 - 7 cruisers, 3 - 4 DD's. This is helping Des a lot, since you're not fighting BB's.

I don't know if there's anybody that has more then 50k average on Atlanta that has more then 25 battles in it. Myself, having what, 1500 battles in CA only, 90% of my CA tier V+ having more then 50k averages, some of them hitting to 60 and even 70k, I'm not being able to cross 45k average with Atlanta, and it's already a good result. Win rate also is apalling. Recently I took her for few battles, did 200+ hits for 15k damage and 2,5k from fire. And, I did it only because Colorado I was harassing, was busy with some DD that was closing on him. So, in ideal situation, when you can shoot a BB, hitting his superstructure over and over again, setting fires, not having to manouvre like a madman, I still managed to do only 17,5k dmg. Hell, In Myoko I can do 15k in 2 salvoes. Atlanta has immense RoF. And that's it. She doesn't have damage, doesn't have mobility, doesn't have armour, doesn't have HP pool, doesn't have good torpedoes - nothing. Turrets can be put out of order by DD's (it's not uncommon to finish a battle - if you finish it at all - with 2 or 3 turrets working) - which hinder Atlantas performance even more. She doesn't have good ballistics, so you need to close to your enemy. You can fight DD's (at very close range, around 6 - 7 km), but you have only 30 knots, no real tool to spot them, no floatplane even. So yes, don't buy Atlanta. I think that Hindenburg, having immense penetration on AP's and Zao who's shell travel on better trajectory 90% of the time are in fact better in terms of AP penetration. With Hindenburg being #1 here. Des has a "AP is worthless" range, which occurs around 13 - 16 km range. Sadly, that's when most of the fight's will occur. Below that you can shoot AP on broadsided CA's and BB's (if BB is also on fire).

Most of the work was done by IwonTheInternet. I just consulted him about maps and few other details, plus translated, so credit goes to him. There a few valid combos. Tirpitz + Kijev, Atago + Nagato, Benson + Nagato. Many ways to combo. You can't double classes. So you can't take 2 BB's or 2 DD's.

Yeah, if I remember correctly, you won by capping. We actually managed to work an upper hand on that flank, but it was too late. If we did it faster we could respond to capping our base. So, like I said, kudos to you and your teammates for delaying us for so long. As for stream, it's a little hobby of mine, and it's in Polish mostly (I stream in english from time to time, but my work take a lot of my time. However, my girlfriend is working on graphics and such stuff, to make that look a little better, and I try to work on sound and quality If you have any advice - let me know (but in a very simple way, since IT and computers are like a very far away from any of my knowledge).

First of all, counting down often results in playin in opposing teams. Second of all, getting in one battle together from 5 battles are hardly statpaddding. Third, I met at least 6 or 7 times my clansmates on the other side. So, while it is possible to land in the same battle due to "countdown" method, it hardly equals "divisions".

You are aware that there is no divisions in ranked games right? So every player there is a "solo player"...
